Description

The bright apartment is located on the second floor of a new building in the center of Cagliari. Equipped with all the comforts (air conditioning / heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, TV, DVD player, wifi connection ) can accommodate up to 4 people and is so divided: living room, kitchenette fully equipped, one bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds (on request you can join and become a double bed), bathroom with tub and shower. Living room and one of the bedrooms overlook a large terrace with table, chairs, a lot of plants and herbs. The price includes all utilities of electricity, air-conditioning, central heating, water, gas and Wifi connection, bed linen, towels and a car park inside the building.Final cleaning is not included in the rent and it is up to you: you can choose either to do it yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, or pay a cleaning fee of 45€, in cash, at the check-out.

The apartment is in the center, perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot and reach the beach Poetto in just 10 minutes by bus. If you have a car, you'll appreciate the private parking inside the building. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.Other people living in the building and we ask our guests to respect the quiet. All our guests are registered on arrival by ID. Check-in time is possible from 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM but you have to fixe an appointment with the Landlor before your arrival. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM, or before if you need, however if there will be no other guests coming on the same day, it can be flexible.

Hi there, as you can see in my ad, check- in is possible starting from 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM but we need to fix an appointment because there is no concierge service, as in hotel. For this reason I would need to know the arrival time of your flight in Cagliari-Elmas, as soon as you can. Thanks. GOOD TO KNOW: - Final cleaning is not included in the rent: you can clean your self and leave it in the same condition as you found it, or pay 45€ in cash at the check-out. - Guests undertake to recycle and deliver its waste properly, according to the rules written in the apartment and explained by the owner at check-in. - Guests undertake to respect other people living in the building with silence, especially at night, after 22:00.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
