The apartment is ideally situated for groups seeking lively nightlife, yet is located in a quieter area of town making it perfect for families as well. Perfect location for functions at The Yacht Club.

The property is ideal for guests hoping to explore the delightful town of Cala D'Or or Cala Egos with its many restaurants and bars as well as the seven impressive beaches nearby. Please note although everything is so close the noise levels are minimal. The accommodation is light and airy and has a large terrace which is perfect for al-fresco dining.

Recently refurbished. With use of Pool & Children's Pool.

Please note we do not have any facility to hold luggage on changeover days

“Family holiday”

This was our 4th time to Cal a dor, we love the area and is perfect for families. We had never stopped at this side before but for us was a perfect location as we love the marina part and lovely restaurants, it also gave us opportunity to explore Cala egos too which wasn't very far to walk to, I would say both Cala egos and cal a dor centre where about a 15minute walk from the apartment and both have lovely beaches. We found the pool we used even though it was attached to an all inclusive hotel was perfect for us having a young daughter and a baby as our daughter was able to make friends, we never had a problem finding beds and always managed to get one with an umbrella for the baby too (maybe as this was June and not peak time). As most others have said, the best bit about this apartment is the view, for us with a young family it was perfect to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine in an evening allowing the children a good nights sleep which we did on a few evenings of our holiday. The apartment itself was very clean and the bathroom has recently been updated, there were 2 bathrooms, one with a bath which was again good to bath the children in, the bedrooms where spacious with plenty wardrobe space, my only thing I could find fault with was the beds as they were to soft for us but not something I would mark the apartment down for as I feel your never going to find the perfect bed to suit everyone on holiday so could certainly cope with it. The owner of the apartment was fantastic with her communication prior and after our stay and likewise were the cleaning staff in cal a dor. The owner recomended a taxi driver for the airport who we found most friendly and very helpful. The apartment did have a few steps leading up to it so be mindful of this if you have a pram but we found no issues with this as there where two of us to carry it up and down. All in all we loved this apartment and would certainly recommend and use it again ourselves.

Had a very enjoyable stay, the apartment is lovely and loved the balcony, we were a bit disappointed that we had to share the pool with the hotel behind us. The pool was very busy and couldn't get a sun bed or a drink as it was an all inclusive hotel. So we didn't go back there, We did manage to find a stunning pool by the beach which is a 15 minute walk. (Cala egos).

“Lovely Family Holiday”

We have just arrived back after an 11 night stay in the apartment and had a fabulous time. The apartment is set in a fantastic location. You can easily explore Cala D'or and Cala Egos by foot and easily walk to beaches which are around a 15 minute slow walk. The nearest supermarket is just below the apartment so is great to get basics in. You would think that there would be noise from the position of the apartment but there wasn't any even when the restaurants were full we couldn't hear the people from where we were. There are loads of restaurants to choose from and we would recommend the restaurant Porto Cari which you can literally see from the apartment. The chinese also next door was really good when we fancied a take-away one night. We would also recommend Aquarius which is situated across the harbour. We travelled with two teenage daughters who really enjoyed the location too as if they wanted to go out on there own it was easy for them to go off. The only quibble that i would have to say is the shared pool which I didn't particularly like as everyday the sunbeds were taken from very early on and it seemed to get very busy. However we found a fantastic pool with sunloungers right by Calo des Pou which were great and so comfy although you do have to pay for these. We had no problem with the apartment at all and it was very clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was extremely helpful and overall we had a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend it.
