An Amazing Villa with a Perfect Location near the Marina!

Lovely villa, full of character, with private pool (4 x 8 meters) and air-conditioning. The interior is inspiringly decorated with great artworks and the terrace and garden areas are surrounded by beautiful exotic plants. The entrance hall leads into the house with a bright lounge area, 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. All living areas are located on the ground floor. The lounge area offers comfortable seating with 2 large sofas and features SAT TV and DVD. The living area also has a dining table with 6 chairs and double patio doors leading up to 3 different garden terraces with dining area for meals outside, cosy sitting corners with garden furniture and the pool area with sun loungers. The 4 bedrooms are: 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, air-conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is a second bathroom with shower and another large air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway which is cooling throughout the villa, also all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The lovely green garden is decorated with palm trees and many exotic plants, offering you a tropical holiday feeling.

Ideal location, peaceful and with many green areas, and at the same time, close to all amenities, so a car is not really necessary. The exclusive marina of Cala d´Or is lined with great restaurants, and is located at only 5 minutes walking. The center of Cala D'Or is right behind the Marina and offers chic boutiques, bars and restaurants with national and international cuisine. There´s 2 lovely sandy beaches at immediate walking distance; Calo d´Es Pou and Cala Egos. The lively centre of Cala Egos is also reachable in only 5 minutes walking and offers a variety of bars and restaurants, there´s also a bank and a supermarket for groceries. In Cala d´Or there´s more variety of sandy coves with crystal clear waters and many water sport activities. The Cala d´Or Tennis Club is located at only 5 min walking. A tourist train and open top bus are driving you through the whole resort with stops at all the different beaches and even to Cala Mondrago, an enchanting beach in a natural reserve.

Golf: The famous Vall d´Or Golf is located at only 10 minutes driving.

“Excellent Villa in a great location”

Great location for a family holiday, near the marina and shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The villa has all you need and WiFi/sat television was available so you can enjoy movies etc. The owner Miguel was very helpful and accommodating throughout the week for us and we really appreciated that he was there when we arrived, after a late delayed flight after midnight. Highly recommend this villa for a holiday and hopefully we will be back one day!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
