Beautiful Villa with an Ideal Location and Impressive Views towards the Marina!

Can Veler is an amazing villa, with multiple terraces, Wifi, air conditioning, excellent location and impressive views to the Marina. There is a very spacious living and dining area with comfortable lounge / sitting corner, a fully equipped kitchen with high quality electro-domestics, the villa has also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). All 3 bedrooms feature air conditioning (warm/cold - 12 hours/day). Next to the living area, there is a spacious terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, the ideal spot to chill out and enjoy the fabulous views. From the living room, a staircase leads down to the pool area, with sun loungers and a large umbrella. The size of the private pool is 7 x 4.50 meters and it has roman steps. The pool area is surrounded by green plants and colourful flowers of the mediterranean and next to the pool is the brick built barbecue to enjoy unforgettable grill evenings.

The villa enjoys an excellent location at only 150 m from the prestigious Marina of Cala d'Or "Porto Cari", where you will find a variety of excellent restaurants with national and international cuisine and also the famous Yacht Club with restaurant, lounge bar, gym and Turkish Bath.The closest sandy beach is the idyllic "Calo d' Es Pou " at less than 250 m walking. The beach offers all facilities like sun loungers, umbrellas and a cosy beach bar. At 150 m there is a small supermarket for daily groceries and fresh bread in the morning. Along the Marina you can easily walk to the nearby resort of Cala d'Or and Cala Egos. Cala d'Or is built in typical Ibiza style, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and pine trees, which provide the resort with a beautiful picturesque touch. Here you'll find more lovely sandy coves like "Playa Cala d'Or" and "Cala Gran". At less then 1 km there is the Cala d´Or Tennis Club and Golf lovers will find the Vall d´Or Golf (18 holes) at approx 4.5 km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
