Description

This amazing family villa situated in the most exclusive and peaceful residential area of Cala d´Or at old town near to the church and the beautiful sandy beach called Cala Petita with turquoise water, therefore is a perfect location for a holiday in Cala d´Or.

Situated at only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Cala d´Or with an extensive selection of shop, boutiques, restaurants with relaxing terraces. One of the most exclusives marinas from Majorca is located just down the hill from Villa Margarita which makes all together a lovely family resort.

This amazing villa offers a modern and minimalistic design with high quality furniture and fittings. The property is divided into a hall that leads to the left with a double bedroom and a shower room, to the right is the main bedroom with bathroom en-suite and straight ahead is a beautiful wooden and glass door that leads to the main bright lounge area with an open plan glass gallery.

On the right hand side of the lounge you will find a completely independent and comfortable TV room. Through an arch is the dining area together with the modern kitchen fully equipped with a utility room all in an open plan design with a large glass window to access the exterior covered terrace, pool and garden.The guests will find a cleaning kit for the first day in the kitchen. Also a little welcome pack is provided with among other things coffee and tea.

Through the lounge you get upstairs where you find a beautiful open plan glass gallery surrounded with a corridor which leads you to the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms with showers en-suite. A large window gives access to the terraces.

This popular Villa is ideal for a relaxing and quiet holiday with all the family as it is located in the old town, one of the most exclusive and peaceful residential areas of Cala d´Or.

The Villa provides air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the TV room. Smoking is allowed but we do request the customers to smoke in the outside areas. Internet is available for an extra fee.

The outside provides terraces and grass with sunny and shaded areas surrounding the kidney shaped swimming pool with a depth of 0,8 meter to 1,6 meters and approximately 9 meters long by 4 meters wide. The pool is heated. If you want to use this facility, it would be possible for an additional cost of € 250 per week. The temperature is around 28-30 degrees Celsius. There is good patio furniture with a big table and chairs, sun loungers and the barbecue.

Inside the villa you will find all that is necessary to be able to cook, a large set of cutlery, crockery and a nice selection of coffee and tea sets. The dishwasher will help after all the extraordinary meals.

All the bedrooms will be fitted with the necessary bedding including top covers and in the bathrooms you will find a set of one big and one small towel per person, a hand towel, a bath mat and a kit per person for the first day that includes on toothpaste, brush, comb, shower cap, fresh cologne envelope, bath gel envelope, shampoo, 3 handkerchiefs and a bar of soap.

The main thing for us is that you feel comfortable and happy and that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Majorca.
