Description

The beautiful Gulf of Orosei, it can totally a vacation that will be an experience for the senses. The apartment is on the first floor of a villa, with garden which ends on the sea. You can relax in the master bedroom, wide and spacious furnished with capacious wardrobe. The other bedroom is more suited to the boys / and why has the bunk beds and always a comfortable armadio.Il main bathroom is comfortable and bright with shower. The other bathroom is essential but equally comodo.Nel secluded cozy living room with kitchen, you can enjoy delicious dishes (perhaps of the Sardinian tradition) or relax on the veranda (with table and chairs) looking at the blue sea. The house has air conditioning and mosquito nets. In the garden there are two large showers. Inside a tool shed with a washing machine. The beaches are numerous and within walking distance. A few steps away is a kiosk bar, pizzeria restaurant and market tobacco. At about 2 km you will find Sos Alinos, a center where there are ice cream shops, fish markets, Pharmacy and Emergency Medical Service, supermarket, pizza restaurants, bicycle rentals, hiking and diving in the gulf. Nearby are the Orosei centers (with evening markets and feasts of the Sardinian tradition as the feast of the patron, St. James, July 25) and Nuoro (the capital, home to the Mann Museum (MODERN ART) and August 29 there is the parade of Sardinian traditional costumes with the feast of the REDEEMER), Siniscola, La Caletta, Budoni with long beaches and Olbia on the Costa Smeralda airport and the port Isola Bianca.

“Fabulous accomodation in a wonderful location”

We had a perfect and relaxing holiday . The apartment is situated on the ground floor accessed by approximately 5 steps There is a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace and you greatly benefit from having a light breeze. The apartment is very well equipped for cooking and is beautifully clean. My son used the pull out bed from the sofa rather than the upper bunk bed so there is flexibility in where you sleep. Anna is really lovely and brilliant in answering any questions prior to arrival . She and her parents are warm and friendly and are the most welcoming hosts. The sandy beach is in very close proximity and safe for children .The location is within a short driving distance to some local supermarkets and lovely restaurants . The local produce in shops and restaurants is wonderful . We would highly recommend this apartment as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we get the opportunity to visit again.. Smita

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
