C'an Cam is a newly built 3 bedroom villa.The good sized 'L' shaped lounge/dining room has patio doors which lead onto the furnished terrace and overlooks the pool. There is a TV and DVD player with both English and German satellites There is ample lounge and dining seating.The private pool measures 8m x 4m is situated within the pretty enclosed garden of the villa. The pool enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the early evening. There is a BBQ and equipment in the garden as well as sun loungers and sun umbrella. There is an outside shower in the garden close to the pool. Newly added this year is a little Gazebo for extra shade.
There is a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor with bidet and ensuite to master bedroom which has enclosed shower. There is also a fully tiled shower room on the ground floor with an enclosed shower.
Fully tiled fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and toaster.
The utility off the kitchen has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

It is around 10 minutes' walk to the sandy beach at Cala Murada which offers supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and bars, including a local Spar and beachside restaurant. There are larger supermarkets in the nearby towns of Felanitx and Porto Colom. The weekly street markets are also worth visiting.

The Val D'or golf course is only around 10 minutes' drive from the villa. It is an 18 hole renowned golf course which welcomes non-members. It has an excellent restaurant (19th hole) which is the ideal place to relax and wind down and watch the sun

Very Good

“Beautiful villa with fab private pool”

This is a lovely clean villa with a beautiful pool in a well maintained quiet residential area. The villa was immaculate with snow white bed linen and towels. There were also fly screens on the windows which did good job of keeping mosquitos at bay. I would recommend this villa in a heart beat and we had a fabulous time!

Our stay with 2 young children was perfect and well catered for! Brian, the owner of the villa was extremely helpful during our stay and went out of his way on several occasions to help us out with anything we needed! The facilities were exceptional and the place Cala Murada was serene, peaceful and not to mention beautiful with local convenience shops and the beach just a short walk away! We made use of the pool everyday, which was clean and well managed! We would definately recommend this villa for any future visits to Cala Murada!

“Lovely Villa”

We stayed at this villa for 10 days in August with our two teenage daughters and had a lovely holiday. Christine’s directions were easy to follow and on arrival the villa was spotless. Cala Murada has a lovely beach which is only a 20 min walk from the villa, where there is a small Spar and a beach café which serves food and we enjoyed cocktails there on our last night. We would recommend Cala D’Or marina where there are lots of restaurants to eat at. As mentioned in an earlier review there are building works going on over the road, but that didn’t spoil our holiday and by way of an apology we weren’t charged for the electricity used. Our only complaint was the slow response to our email before we left the UK. Because our flight landed at 9.00am Christine previously suggested we might be able to leave our luggage at the villa whilst it was cleaned and would let us know nearer the time if this would be possible. We sent an email before we left and a couple of texts after we landed, but no reply so we were a little uncertain. When we arrived at the villa we phoned Brian on his mobile. Luckily he answered straight away and it turned out he lives next door so he gave us the key immediately which was a big relief. We had a lovely time, and Brian was very friendly, but wished we had not had that initial worry of where to collect the keys, etc.

“Clean spacious villa”

We had a lovely week at this villa. It was very clean and spacious and our children loved being able to play in the pool at all hours. Electric is charged in addition to price of villa and despite making an effort to use as little electricity as possible for the week we were there, including not using the air conditioning, we were still charged 50 euro's. My fault for not checking small print but for the price paid for the villa we feel this should have been included. We've never had to pay this in addition on our previous holiday lettings bookings. A lot of building work is going on over the road which isn't too bad but builders turn up at 7:30 each morning so no lie ins were possible. Think this maybe should have been considered when charging us the electric.
