Lovey villa with (100 m2), located in a residential urbanization of villas, close to the beach in the southeast of Mallorca, in Cala Murada town.

Private swimming pool ( 5,50 x 3 meters, depth: 1.30 meters ) which has an irregular form, garden, open and covered terraces and a BBQ. Land: 1000m2.

A 5 minute walk from the villa you can swim in the quiet beach of Cala Murada with disabled access. Protected beach, awarded with blue flag, mainly composed of white sand. The walled cove beach offers standard services such as bus (PM-401-4), urban parking, rental of chairs and sunbeds, water sports, there are bars and beach bars.

Cala Murada is a small resort in the south east coast of Majorca. Transfer time from the airport is approximately fifty minutes. Cala Murada is a place that is favoured by locals who prefer to get away from the crowds that are found in busier resorts. The more affluent have built luxury summer homes, standing in their own grounds, where they can enjoy total relaxation. Originally a fishing village, there are now many newly built hotels, apartments and villas. A complex has been built above the cliffs giving stunning views for the occupants but rather spoiling the natural landscape when viewed from the beach.

The beach slopes gently into the sea offering safe bathing for children and weak swimmers.

Although the amenities in the resort are limited, there are a number of good restaurants offering a varied cuisine, as well as a smattering of shops.

Cala Murada is close to Porto Cristo and Cala D'or which are larger and livelier resorts. The latter, only eight kilometres away has a large marina and two yachting clubs. The Vall D'Or golf course, with great views from the greens, is also in the vicinity.

A Cala Murada holiday offers relaxation in pretty surroundings with a soft sandy beach and sparklingly clear water. It is the perfect holiday for those wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Since Cala Murada is mainly a residential area, it is not noted for its wild nightlife. It is a quiet resort by day as well as by night. For those looking for evening entertainment the neighbouring resort of Calas de Mallorca has a greater variety of vibrant bars and clubs.

Cala Murada has a small number of shops including a little supermarket supplying holiday essentials. There is also a good bakery and a pharmacy as well as gift and souvenir shops.

Cala Murada Eating

There are a number of good restaurants in Cala Murada serving mainly traditional food. There are bars and restaurants along the waterfront with some excellent fish menus. It is a pleasant way to end the day, watching the lights dancing on the water while enjoying an evening meal with a glass of tasty wine.

Tapas are a good way to sample local food as a variety of dishes are served in small portions, ideal as a first course or to fill the sometimes lengthy gap between lunch and dinner.

How do damage deposits work?
