Exclusive 250 year old and grand stone country house with 500 square meters fully renovated living space, enjoys an ideal location in the south-east of Majorca and is set in 28 873 m², surrounded by breathtaking landscape with distant sea views, and pine forest. The access is via a private road. A lovingly landscaped garden in front of the house and an amazing mosaic tiled and child friendly swimming pool of about 60sqm, surrounded by a terrace, with 12 comfortable sun-loungers and umbrellas invites for relaxing sunbathing. In the evening the garden is providing romantic lighting to accompany an al-fresco meal on the vine-covered dining terrace with brick-built BBQ. Generously equipped, the house has 6 double rooms with bath / shower en suite, all equipped with satellite TV, a guest WC on the ground floor, dining room, living room with a huge plasma TV and DVD player. The kitchen is the dream of every chef! Industrial set up, made of stainless steel, a professional dishwasher, a pantry, a very large fridge, gas stove, microwave, fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, so that you will lack nothing during your entire stay.

Location

Only a 3 minutes drive away is the beautiful natural port of Porto Colom with its historic old town, winding streets and brightly colored fishing houses. Here you will find original atmosphere, largely untouched by mass tourism, and here are some very good restaurants by the waterfront with magnificent views. At the harbor there are also numerous sport facilities and only minutes away is the popular Golf Club Vall d′Or, as tennis courts and a riding stable. The popular resort of Cala d′Or with its shopping streets, many restaurants and the different magnificent sandy coves of the area are located at only 7 km. The market of Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognized as one of the best in Mallorca and is definitely worth a visit.

How do damage deposits work?
