Description

This charming family house is located in the middle of this small complex of 3 villas completely independent as each one has its own garden, private swimming pool, parking for 2 cars and entrance.

This lovely small community of 3 houses is called Son Ganxo.

Son Ganxo nº 2 is a lovely house set in 2 floors. The villa offers of wonderful and well kept garden with a beautiful private pool with the corresponding sun loungers, built-in barbecue and a lovely covered porch where you can enjoy our beautiful mediterranean weather and have lovely family moments.

When accessing the property through the main entrance you will find on the right hand side a modern and well equiped kitchen with American bar overlooking the dining and lounge area. There is a utility room with washing machine attached to the kitchen. Both lounge and dining area are open plan with large French windows that provide a beautiful view over the garden and pool area. The spacious living room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, TV and stereo unit and a dining table for 6 persons. On the left hand side through an arch there is a second lounge where you can read or relax and also with access to the garden area. Finally on this ground floor we find a double room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

In the main entrance to the house is the staircase that leads us to the second floor. Here we find the master bedroom with a large bed, own terrace and a bathroom en suite with bath. On this floor we also find a next double room with a two single beds. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with bathtub.

There are air conditioning units with reverse cycle system through the whole villa.

The house provides Wi-Fi connection. Please be aware that due to the fact that Mallorca is an island the Wi-Fi may not work as fast and well as in other areas.

The satelite TV has German and English channels.

A cot and high chair for the young ones are available. The costs for a second set are 10€/ week.

The Eco Tax is 2,20€ (10% VAT included) per person/ per day ages 16 and up and will be charged separately.From November 1st till March

31st of the next year there is a reduced tarriff.

Cala Murada is situated at only an hour drive from Palma airport. The Southeast of the island is famous for its "calas", which are small sandy bays, partly still undeveloped, with often fine sandy and flat entrances into the sea which makes them ideal for the whole family. The beach of Cala Murada is the closest to the villa and offers several water sports. It also has a lovely restaurant with spectacular sea views to enjoy a drink or a meal. The caves of Drach and the harbour of Porto Cristo or Porto Colom and the monastery of San Salvador in Felanitx amongst many other things are worthwile visiting. Every day there are also local markets on different parts of the island. You can make your own perfect mixture of sightseeing and relaxation!

How do damage deposits work?
