Description

Very nice house of 180 m2, located on a plot of 3,000 m2 on a hill in Cala Tarida area, with panoramic view on the sea and the island with its memorable sunset.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers, the villa is just a few minutes drive to all the beaches of the west coast such as Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, ... and 5 Km from the village of San José, or 20 km from Ibiza town. Supermarket 2Km.

As the house is located almost at the end of little earth road, it benefits of a very quiet residential area.

COLL DES VENTS

Colls des Vents has 3 double bedrooms with its 3 bathrooms for 7 people, all based one floor:

- Living / dining room with fireplace.

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge, nespresso machine. The kitchen is new (2014)!.

- The Master Bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Access to its own (website hidden)

- The second bedroom with double bed plus a single bed. En suite bathroom with (website hidden)

- The third bedroom with double bed and AC. Separate bathroom with shower. Direct access to the pool.

- Outside areas: Private 11 x 4m pool. 5 loungers, tables and chairs. Large terraces with outdoor dining for 20 people. Outdoor shower. BBQ. Beautiful sea views. Parking for at least 4 vehicles. Fenced plot and newly installed Lounge.

- Facilities: Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Washing machine. Limited satellite TV. Kid bed available. Stereo with I.. pod/phone (4) docking station. Pets allowed. Wifi and ping pong table.

Großzügiges Haus von 180m2 in einem wunderschönen Garten von 3'000 m2. Das Haus befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Lage in der Höhe von Cala Tarida, mit einer vollen Aussicht aufs Meer. Super schöner Sonnenuntergang ist garantiert! Der nächste Strand, cala Moli oder Cala Tarida befindet sich nur wenige Kilometer vom Haus entfernt. Auch San Joseph befindet sich nur 5 min von Haus auf der andere Seite des Hügels. Ibiza Zentrum ist 20 km oder 15 min mit dem Auto...

Sehr ruhige Lage

Das ganze Haus ist auf der selben Etage. 3 Schlafzimmer für total 7 Personen. 3 Badezimmer.

Ein Aussengrill sowie Tische für min. 2 mal 6 Personen sind vorhanden. Küche (neu) ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrwaschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc.

Das Master Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Doppelbett. Direkter Zugang zur privaten Terrasse.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Einzelbett und eigenes Badezimmer.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, direkter Zugang ins Swimmingpool. Badezimmer ist separat.

Die Terrasse ist ca. 200m2 gross. Pool von 40m2. 5 Liegestühle. Eine Dusche ist draussen vorhanden. BBQ.

Neue Küche

Alle der Schlafzimmer haben Air conditioning .

Fernseher ist vorhanden (Satelit) mit Schweizer Kanäle ; Auch Ping Pong Tisch steht zur Verfügung.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gregor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
