Description

The Apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance. This serviced apartment is fully equipped with everything one would expect in a home, including AC's in the bedroom as well as the living area,

- LED TV with Satellite connection

- Genset as well as UPS Power back up,

- Iron and Ironing board

- Induction/Electric Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Toaster, Electric Kettle etc

- The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, - plates etc only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest.

- We do not serve breakfast or any other meals, although there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minute walk from the property.

- We provide alternate day housekeeping as well as fresh linen on the day of arrival. Linen change will be done twice a week.

- There is a secured car park for one vehicle only.

- There is no balcony/patio and stairs for this Apartment.

- THIS UNIT DOES NOT FACE THE POOL AND COURTYARD but can be used by the guest.

Getting around

Public transport is not the best way to move around. I arrange cars, bikes, taxi's if required. The other option is to walk to the main road which is 2 mins away, where you will find all of the above.

Interaction with guest

I might not always be available to meet the guest at the property but I have a Property Manager who is available during the day to guide and help the guest with anything they require during their stay.

House rules

- You cannot smoke inside the unit but smoking in the balconies or outdoors is allowed.
- NO Loud music and noise in the property after 8 PM.
- Proper Swim wear is a must. No cotton clothes allowed in the pool.
- No carrying glass bottles or drinks around the pool area.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR. 10,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED IN CASH AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND REFUNDED AFTER CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE UNIT OR THE PROPERTY.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nitin, Vanessa (the owner) a message.

If Nitin, Vanessa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
