Holiday House situated very quietly at the end of a little-used side street within a resort about 800-1000 m away from the Centre on a hill. The beach - white sand and protected bays - is approximately 1000 m away.

The House offers two large bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobe in the first floor. In a room is a double bed, the other two single beds are available. The double room, in which is located a second satellite TV HD quality, is equipped with two sliding glass doors to the balcony, which offers sea views over some houses of across the resort. Invites the single beds room's balcony overlooking the volcanic landscape to linger. The large bathroom is located also on the first floor, located between the two bedrooms. This is etc. equipped with bath/shower, bidet, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, hair straightener.

Another sleeping room with 2 single beds is located on the ground floor of the House, as well as the modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven with CERAN, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster etc. Next to it lies the cozy living room with access to the terrace. Here my guests can receiving a series of German TV programmes in HD quality, as well some English. In addition, they have the opportunity, a fax machine and the DSL Internet access with very good speed as well as CD, DVD and VHS video to use. Still, there is a small bathroom with ground-level mosaic-tiled shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor.

2 baby cots (up to 2 years) and 2 high chairs are available.

On the terrace there is a table with chairs, and sun loungers with comfy cushions can be used here. Sunshades provide the desired protection. A large and a small community pool, about 100 m from the House away, the daily pleasure to invite young and old!

The beach is connected by a paved walkway. There are several protected, secured by the wave bays, therefore very well suited to children. For the physical well-being of our guests is very well taken care of some restaurants near the beach, also a large supermarket is located here.

The passionate golfers can indulge at the two nearby golf courses in his passion! Tennis Court 1 km away.

Nightlife in Caleta de Fuste (1-2 km) are sufficient. The destinations are very varied, like for example (white sand dunes) Corralejo, Costa Calma, Jandia. There is an animal and plant Park in La Lajita. A rental car is recommended.

Please keep in mind that it is non-smoking!

The landlady lives during the time of the rental in the House, is accessible at any time on the phone or by email!

We had a very nice and pleasant holiday in this lovely house and were generally very pleased with the amenities of home. Our reservation went smoothly and the communication with the property owner was excellent. We would also like to point out that the local Sarah was more than helpful in showing us around the house and briefing us about it. While the house is situated in a tranquil setting near the beach, there are various shopping facilities and restaurants within walking distance. The town Caleta de Fuste, where you can get everything you need and where you’ll find more nice restaurants, is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the house. We nevertheless rented a car and would particularly recommend elderly and walking-impaired holidaymakers to follow suit. We mainly wanted to explore the beautiful island. We spent our “days off” reading at the peaceful and very clean (shared) pool nearby. It is a spacious house with modern amenities and we couldn’t have asked for more. Even the beds were extremely comfortable, which is not always the case. We also have to add that everything was very clean and in good shape and quality; there was already a bowl with fresh fruit waiting for us… All in all, we really enjoyed a relaxing stay and can absolutely recommend it to others.

“A Spacious Villa Away from the Crowds”

If you want to be away from central Caleta this is a great location, very quiet and private. With a ground and first floor there is an instant feeling of spaciousness. There are some excellent appliances to use, noteably the electric cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was no shortage of fresh linen and towels. For winter holidays, an indoor dining table would make eating in a more comfortable experience and non- German speaking guests could perhaps be supplied with an appropriate Sky TV card especially useful for winter nights staying inside. I would be happy to return to this villa for another holiday.
