The villa is light and airy and has stunning sea and mountain views from four terraces. The development is gated with remote controlled access and off street parking to ensure complete privacy for guests. There is free wifi, satellite TV and a hairdryer is provided.
The villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a good size kitchen with granite work surfaces, a large separate lounge with dining table, three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms.
There is no pool on our complex however our onsite managers will direct you to local pools which are free to use.
It is close to town and the beach[10 mins walk]. The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk as is the nearest bar. There is everything here you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. Please note that planes do fly over Caleta de Fuste on their way to the airport

Villa is really nice and was spotlessly clean . It has a very large terrace with 4 good sun loungers and a table and chairs for 6 people for Al Fresco dining offering great sea and mountain views ( One other terrace as well ) . All the equipment / furniture is of a high standard ( new leather settees arrived whilst we were there ) loads of cooking utensils / crockery and proper beer and wine glasses . The shower room downstairs is nice and big and light . There are plenty of books and DVDs to provide entertainment on an evening . The location is quiet apart from been on the flight path which reallly isnt a problem and is about 15 mins walk into the main resort / beach . There are bars / restaurants and a Dino express supermarket within 5 mins walk with a cheaper / larger supermarket 25mins walk away at the Atlantico Centre . There are 2 golf courses nearby - twilight rate currently 42 euros but dropping to 32 euros in April and onwards ( Fuertaventura GC ) . The communication with the owners was excellent and the couple next door were on hand for any advice needed . Unfortunately there is no on site pool but would definitely stay here again .

We like quiet locations for our holidays and preferably detached properties this is the prime reason we chose this Villa, but for the price it was exceptional and far exceeded the expectations, clean, tidy on a quiet complex it was next to the road but that didn't have any impact on the stay, it's an easy walk down to Calleta but a little harder back up the hill but this will burn off those excess calories too, the pools and the facilities on the complex were brilliant too. Definitely want to book this Villa for our next holiday.

We a family of 5 with 3 children aged 17, 14 & 10 stayed at Marina Golf from 1/6/13 - 8/6/13. From the onset Steve and Linda made the whole process of booking their villa an easy, hassle free experience. On arrival at the villa we were greeted by Jim who showed us around and gave us some information on the area eg restaurants and shops. Jim and his wife Trisha who are great neighbours to have were always on hand if we needed anything. The villa itself is a credit to Steve and Linda. It really has the wow factor. Attention to detail was everywhere and it was spotlessly clean. The views for all the balonies especially the view of the town and sea from the main one were spectacular. The complex itself has a fabulous main pool and a kiddies pool and we also made use of the fantastic gym facilities. Caleta de Fuste is only a 10 min walk or €3 taxi from Marina Golf where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. There is also a restaurant and shops within 5 mins walk of the villa. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and will definately be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

2nd year in a row here. Once again everything was perfect. Villa is approx 10 mins by car/taxi from airport. You can literally be in the pool within an hour of landing. Taxi from airport cheap and there is a local bus service available too. Check in very easy. Agents live in next property. Checked in very quickly but given tour round to show you how to work everything etc. There is also a guide left with instructions for tv, cooker as well as local info - very helpful Villa is well equipped, kitchen has everything you need and rooms are all clean and tidy, Great showers with plenty hotwater, Washing maching, iron, microwave, dvd player, tv and even plenty books and dvds for your use. Lovely terraces for sitting out sunbathing and enjoying lunch in peace and quiet. Great pool facilities and turkish bath sauna, jacuzzi and gym for your use throughout your stay. Toilets and showeres also available at the pool/spa area. Property is about 10 minutes stroll down hill to the town centre and beach areas. Although there is bars and shops half way down. The market also comes here on Saturdays. The taxi fare from town is approx 2.15 euros daytime and 2.8 euros at night. 6 seater taxis readily available for same price. Plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes in town. We thought it was very reasonable for beers and food. If you want to travel further afield there is a great bus service on the island to allow you to visit Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario. Bus stop at bottom of the hill (approx 5 mins walk) and fares very cheap. This makes water park and Safari Park great accesible days out. We travelled with 4 teenage boys, who were kept entertained on beaches etc and as the town is reasonablly quiet they were able to get some freedom on beaches/ playing pool at night etc Would recommend both the island and in particular this property to anyone. And we will certainly be back for our third visit next year
“Fabulous holiday in great villa!”
We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous villa over the Easter break. Everything from the initial booking with Steve and Linda to handing back the keys to the lovely Trish and Jim was easy and stress free. The vila itself is very clean and extremly well presented and furnished. Loads of space for the whole family - which makes a change after being couped up in a hotel room on previous holidays! The main balcony is a real sun trap and great for relaxing on or enjoying breakfast or lunch The villa that the complex in on is very secure and private and boasts its own swimming pool. Also, a gym and spa which we used on several occasions. The villa is in an ideal location - 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is also well placed for the town of Caleta de Fuste. We walked into Caleta every evening for a meal and drinks (lots of choice of restaurants) it took about 10 minutes to walk down hill. We chose to catch a taxi back each evening as they are so cheap - only 2-3 euros. All in all, a wonderful villa in a great location - we hope to return soon!
“Spacious & spotless villa with everything one could possibly need”
The booking with owners was worry free - we were greeted by Trish & Jim from neighbouring villa who gave us all the local info & were very helpful. The villa was just what we wanted with great views from the various balconies. We didn't use the local restaurants or beaches as we hired a car to explore the island - found some wonderful Canarian fish restaurants and some lovely beaches & villages.

Extremely well presented property with all the ameneties for a great holiday. - Secure peaceful complex with clean well maintained pool area. - Upstairs sun terrace is a fantastic place for dining and relaxing! Greeted by property managers upon arrival who are very helpful and informative. 5 minutes walk downhill into town and beach area and only 2/3 Euros in taxi back up at night after a meal and a few drinks! Will definitely stay again!

We had a great week in this villa which we used as our base to explore Fuerteventura in our hire car. We were really happy with the villa, which was modern, stylish and extremely clean. The villa is much better equipped than others we have rented, and the location suited us perfectly - with plenty to do nearby. We haven't hesitated in recommending the villa to our friends, and we hope to return in the not too distant future.
