In a charming, quiet and peaceful location on Chipmunk Mountain, ideal for relaxing, but not too far from the night life.

The private roof terrace offers wonderful captivating views of Caleta de Fuste town and the ocean.

The property has FREE Wi-Fi and has a wide range of UK TV Channels.

The property has its own private 5 seater Jacuzzi which will also allow you to enjoy the stunning views from the private ground terrace. Beautiful by day but also enchanting by night.

It provides an excellent level of accommodation for couples, families and golfers looking for a relaxing, luxurious holiday in the sun.

The property comprises of the following high standard accommodation:-

- Master bedroom with double bed

- Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds

- Lounge

- Kitchen

- Dining area

- Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet

The property is situated in Caleta de Fuste, it is designed to sleep 4 comprising of comfortable and tasteful furnishings in a modern stylish setting.

To encourage early bookings and new customers, our house is only £336 per week, and £399 per week over Christmas and New Year.

The property is furnished to a high standard so we do take a breakages deposit of £50 but this is refunded once you leave. It’s purely to cover us if anything does get damaged

We have everything which will ensure you have a PERFECT holiday!

We are registered with the local authorities in Fuerteventura to be able to rent our property.

There are lots of activities to do in Caleta de Fuste, including Tennis in the town (there is two golf courses, one is PGA), Water Sports, Fishing, Cycling, Boat Trips, Sailing, Jeep Safari and plenty more!

“Lovely villa”

We stayed here for a quiet week and it was lovely. You definitely need a hire car I honestly didnt realise how far out it was. We really struggled to get a taxi when we rang them nobody turned up so we had to walk down the hill to another set of villas and they would come there. The villa was lovely and clean and loved the hot tub. The welcome pack was great as we landed quite late. Would stay again but hire a car next time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
