The villa has a large outside area with a private swimming pool.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops are only a 1 minute walk away and the town of Caleta only a 10 minute walk away

“Lovely accommodation in a fabulous location”

Stayed in this fab accommodation in February 2019 with husband, two teenage daughters and 10 year old son for 10 days. The house was very clean, comfortable,spacious and is well equipped. There was a room downstairs with a pool table which we loved and there is also a toilet downstairs which was great. We asked that the pool was heated and while it was cool for the first few days Steve resolved the issue and we were all able to enjoy time in the pool. We absolutely loved the location; the supermarket was about 30 seconds walk and we could walk into the town centre in about 10 minutes. The walk home is slightly uphill but very doable. There is an AstroTurf pitch nearby and my son loved linking up there with other children and playing for hours each day when it became cooler. We had a hire car but you don’t need one for this accommodation with amenities nearby. Anna and Steve were very helpful. We were able to stay at the accommodation until the afternoon of our last day which was an extra perk. We would love to return here. Really recommend this property. Thank you Anna and Steve.

“Lovely private villa”

Peaceful villa but close to restaurant and supermarket. Very spacious and well equipped. The terrace and pool are fabulous-we were very happy to relax and unwind there and enjoy the peace! Great service from Anna and Steve!

“Excellent Villa”

We have just returned after having a wonderful stay in Villa Palma. I totally agree with the earlier review Anna and Steve delivered a great service. The Villa is very spacious and located in the middle of other villas, not overlooked, it has a great pool and just a two minute walk from the supermarket. If we return to Fuerteventura at anytime in the future we will definitely look to book here again. Thank you Anna and Steve.

“Fabulous stay”

Have returned from a fabulous stay in Villa Palma. From our initial contact with Anna upon booking right through to when we left Anna and Steve delivered great service, welcoming us on arrival and helping us get a cab as we left after ours hadnt turned up. Really friendly and helpful couple and whilst we didn't have to contact them during our stay I get the impression that nothing would have been too much trouble anyway. As for the villa the location is great so close to a Hyperdino and a brit supermarket. Also with a handful of bars and restaurants if you didn't fancy walking down into town or beach. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, clean, tidy and well presented. The kitchen was kitted out if you wished to cook which we did on a few occasions so we could sit out on the terrace and enjoy the villa. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels supplied for outside use. The pool was great and kept our 2 children entertained and was great for cooling off in the hot afternoon sun. It was a really good size so perfect for all of us. The villa is set back from the road so it is not overlooked or facing out to the road as some of them are in the area which is really great, so whilst the villas appear close together no-one can really see you. It was our 1st stay here but loved it so much we have rebooked for next year! My only request would be to have a bbq so we could make more use of the outside space early evening. A walk into town doesn't take long, our 2.5 and 6 year old managed it and we would get a cab back for only 2.30 euros. All in all a great stay! See you guys next year.

Why can't I call Anna (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
