‘Furnished to a very high standard, 'home from home' and 'most stylish apartment on the complex' are some of the comments being mentioned locally. Large south facing poolside sun drenched terrace with two sun loungers, table with parasol and four recliner chairs, steps leading up to the south facing balcony overlooking the pool complex.

Beautiful open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen with new ‘trendy' furniture including settee and recliner chair, smart television and tv cabinet, dining table and 4 chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave and door leading into the utility room with washer and boiler. Beautifully furnished bedroom with fully opening picture window with fabulous views into the pool complex, kingsize bed, full height wardrobes, ceiling fan and ‘funky’ new bedroom furniture including two bedside cabinets, drawers with mirror over. Bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

This is a stunning ‘art deco’ complex (supposedly the top complex in Caleta de Fuste) surrounding a beautiful pool complex and with a paddle tennis court for the energetic. Ideally situated on the edge of the town and only a short stroll from restaurants and bars and all on the flat

Wi-fi internet via online purchase, smart TV with English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 via the community system (not through the internet)

Excellent choice of restaurants, bars and live entertainments close by in the town which is only a short stroll away and just beyond, the beautiful promenade and newly extended horse shoe golden sandy beach with numerous sun loungers and parasols. The trendy Marina with its choice of bars and restaurants is a very lively area where you can sip a cocktail in the beautiful elevated Marina bar 'El Faro' with a 180 degree view over the sea or feed the fish or swim with a seal and many other attractions including jet skis, pedalos and the newest sport of flyboarding, Why not book a trip on the Obycat to go view the abundance of sealife in these waters or book a trip to go deep sea fishing for that 'big' one, or try out scuba diving or wind surfing

Caleta de Fuste harbour and marina is a haven for many activities and provides holiday makers with a wide choice of experiences.

There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses both offering driving ranges, putting greens, pro shops and of course a 19th hole. One being Fuerteventura Golf and the other being Salinas Golf.

Take a steady stroll along the promenade passing through the marina and harbour to the Atlantico centre which houses a cinema, bowling alley, shops, restaurants and a large Euro Spar supermarket, why not stop off along the way at the bar in the sea for a nice chilled beer. The casino in Caleta de Fuste can be found in the Elba Carlota hotel.

There are two local supermarkets close by in the town and a further two larger supermarkets a little further away. All this just 10 minutes and 15€ taxi ride from the airport. There is an excellent bus service from just outside the arrivals terminal at the airport to the brand new bus station in the resort and is only two minutes walk from the 'Gaudia' complex and costs 1€ 45c.

Getting around

Taxi's are a really good cheap way to get around and are all metered and very reasonable, they operate a 3 tier pricing system, local, intermediate and long distance. There is a regular bus service which operates to all points on the island from the local bus station, a bus to the airport is €1 45c and the capital of Fuerteventura is Puerto del Rosario and the bus fare is the same €1 45c. To the north of Fuerteventura is Correlejo where you will pass through the stunning sand dunes, well worth a bus ride and to the south there is Morro Jable with its kilometres of golden sandy beaches There is a plethora of car hire companies both in the resort and in the airport, varying in price, so shop around.
