Brightly lit townhouse that offers the comforts and security one desires.

The space:This beautiful executive townhouse has a direct train to The Calgary Stampede (drink and celebrate without worrying about taking cabs or driving back), The Calgary Tower, The Calgary Zoo, The Peace Bridge, Bow River and many of the city's attractions. The townhouse has exceptional mountain and city views from the kitchen and living areas as well as the entertainment room. Drink your morning coffee with views of the Rockies! Amenities include 2 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully-equipped kitchen + tea and coffee, entertainment room with television and HDMI hookups and free wifi. All within a 2 minute walk to the transit line and a 40 minute drive to the Rocky Mountains. Parking is available on request. Tuscany transit station is within a 2 minute walk and therefore a great location for downtown business, games and festival access. The place is also conveniently located close to major roads so guests can enjoy a drive to the mountains without dealing with city traffic. Additional Amenities (for an additional cost) include airport pickup, sleeping arrangement for 5th guest (5 person maximum), breakfast, and laundry services.

Guest access: Guests can relax and soak in the views from common living area and kitchen as well as the entertainment room. Free Wi-Fi and parking is available. Tea and coffee is available for free to all guests during their stay. Breakfast can be provided if requested in advance at an additional cost. Laundry is available at an additional charge.

Other things to note: We are a pet free accommodation and therefore cannot accommodate pets.

Interaction with guest

We are always available to answer questions that guests may have through text or phone. There is opportunity for in-person interaction (we'd love to share our travel tips) as well as alone time, as preferred. Hosts have great knowledge about the area including sightseeing, hiking, biking, camping and skiing in the Rocky Mountains in addition to great spots to watch the northern lights from. Just ask!

1) No shoes in the house.
2) There is absolutely no smoking or drugs in or around the house.
3) Absolutely no loud music or parties in the house. Quiet Hours is from 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.
4) Please ensure that the windows are closed if you are leaving the house, to avoid any water damage from a surprise rain.
5) Absolutely no visitors, without prior approval from the hosts.
7) No illegal activities, drugs or inappropriate behavior.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Devender (the owner) a message.

If Devender (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
