The Cambria Sea Star has an inviting garden walkway leads you to a truly unique attached guest house with its own private courtyard featuring an original mural painting and water fountain.This is a one-of-a-kind place to relax, revive and restore your soul, crafted by the owner/artist reflecting her love for the garden and sea.Your hosts, Daniel and Denise Brill, are old-time Cambrians who are sure to guide your stay with everything you could ever need to completely enjoy the area. L'etoile de Mer is located above Marine Terrace, short walk down the hill to beach access and coastal trails. Glorious sunset views of the sea from the deck are all year round. We highly value the privacy of our guests to allow your stay to be a restful one. What your stay Includes:1 bedroom studio w/ queen size bed, a private bathroom/shower A garden oasis with it's own patio and entrance.Breakfast foods are presented upon arrival with home baked pastries, home made granola,yogurt,milk,fresh ground coffee,tea & local seasonal fruit. There is a microwave , toaster refridgerator and mini freezer with pleanty of plates, cups and utensils for those that want to stay in for a light meal.

WiFi internet access & cable TV Cozy gas fire stove. Personal bath robes, Beach chairs, picnic basket,wine tasting maps and resources for everything you may want to do while in the surrounding areas. Beach and sea side activities, kayaking, hiking, wine-tasting, not to mention the famous Hearst Castle just 10 mins away.

Getting around

You pretty much need a car to get around in Cambria. There are plenty of walking trails that are flat as well as many hills to climb. You can bicycle around if you do not mind the hills, otherwise transporting them to a country road which is lovely to ride.

Owner's reply: Dear Pat, I am sorry you were so disappointed and apologize again for not explaining about the breakfast to your expectation before hand. We are a home stay B&B that has the breakfast basket available upon arrival and a self catering kitchenette. It is a little different than a larger B&B where a full breakfast is being served. I am sorry that i was called a way and was unable to offer you a better reception and attention to your needs. Thank you for staying with us in Cambria.

How do damage deposits work?

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
