Charming air conditioned villa with private garden and community swimming pool, in a quiet housing scheme, close to the beach in Cambrils Vilafortuny.

Two-storey very well kept house, it is spacious and functional with, on the first level, 3 double bedrooms, two of which connect to a terrace with view onto the gardens, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor stands a large bright living room, opened to a porch-like terrace and private garden, a completely equipped kitchen as well as independent toilets.

All the windows on the ground floor are equipped with guardrails.

This house is very comfortably equipped with dishwasher, 2 sun beds, stone barbecue and bread oven, outdoor loggia, etc ... and it also includes the air conditioning and the Wifi internet connection.

There is no private parking area although it is easy to park your car in the little streets outside and around the house and residence.

The private covered terrace is spacious, well fitted out and opens up to a pretty flowery garden with direct yet private and secure access to the community swimming pool using a little gate and an alley.

On the other side, at the entrance of the house, there is a second private yard, fenced, with a stone barbecue and bread oven, as well as a storage room with the washing-machine.

The property stands in a little family residence with only 21 adjoining houses set up around a big garden with lawn, high pine trees, swimming pool, showers and shadowy playground.

It is located in the family residential area of Cambrils-Vilafortuny, a few minutes walk from the beach and maritime promenade, ideal to walk or ride your bike to reach both tourist centres of Salou, on the one hand, and Cambrils, on the other hand.

Within walking distance, there is a little shopping centre with bakery, press – newspapers, supermarkets, bars – restaurants and bus stop.

This property is ideally located for quiet and relaxing holidays with a private outdoor area and a perfect situation, close to the beach.

Cambrils is a charming seaside resort in Costa Dorada – Catalonia, with a pretty fishing and sailing port, which stands about 100 kms South from Barcelona, 10 kms from Tarragona and 5 kms from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park.

Cambrils is a very much appreciated destination for family holidays and the place has been labelled as Family Tourism Destination by the Catalan administration.

Cambrils is famous for being a sea destination, with 7 kms of fine sand beaches lined with a beautiful maritime promenade adapted to all ages with shadowy children playgrounds, beach huts with bars and restaurants, parks, chill-out bars, many shops, etc …

Cambrils has decided to put the emphasis on play-based, cultural and sports activities with many entertainment activities and animations available throughout the summer, sports facilities with the possibility to go sailing, practice paddle or for example snorkel.

This also is a seaside resort which is famous for its shopping streets and good restaurants by the port, offering tapas, fish, sea food or gourmet cooking.

Salou is a very tourist seaside resort which offers all kinds of activities including the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest all over Europe.

Its fame for entertainment has turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places all over Costa Dorada and Spain.

It has 8 fine golden sand beaches and creeks, connected to one another with the long Jaume I maritime promenade and the fitted out “Camino de Ronda”.

How do damage deposits work?
