Mechanic-Mill House is located in the heart of Camden; within walking distance of all the town has to offer. From Mechanic-Mill house walk down the street and enjoy everything from art galleries to ice cream. Playgrounds, parks, restaurants, the harbor, library, and hiking trails are all within walking distance of this property. Mechanic-Mill House has mature plantings around the property creating a private backyard with space for play and entertaining.
Mechanic-Mill House is a classic farmhouse style updated with charming, modern features. This house has central air-conditioning for those occasional days when the sea breeze is not enough to keep everyone cool.
The side porch entry leads to the custom kitchen. The kitchen is open and inviting with windows looking into the backyard and a table for eat-in dining. French doors lead to the brick patio and backyard. A powder room is off of the kitchen. Past the kitchen to the front of the house is a dining room and beyond a living room. A playroom is at the back of the house.
Stairs lead to the second floor with the master suite at the back end of the house, and remaining bedrooms and bathrooms towards the middle and front of the house. The master suite has a king size bed, juliet balcony, high ceilings, air conditioning ceiling fan and even a small refrigerator. The master bathroom has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub. At the other end of the second floor is a guest bedroom with queen size bed. The second guest bedrooms as two twin beds. A full bathroom is shared by the two guest bedrooms. In addition to the two guest bedrooms there is a dressing room with stairs to a play loft, and a small play space perfect for children. The two guest bedrooms are brightly colored, cheerful spaces.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
