Pinetree Cottage is located in a residential neighborhood just a 2 block walk into downtown Camden; just a quarter mile from an intown harbor sandy beach. Lovely Megunticook Lake with its sandy beach is only a 2 mile drive from the house !.
A charming, updated antique Cape, Pinetree Cottage was built in 1852 and has had many updates over the years. The current owners have furnished the house with country antique furniture and fun folk-art signs ! The house is surrounded by mature plantings and there is a small deck with outdoor furniture off of the back of the house leading to the back yard.
Enter into the house through the entry room into the charming and recently painted country kitchen which also has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped; the washer machine is built into the cabinets and the dryer is in the entry room. Access to the back deck is through the entry room. From the kitchen you go into the nice-size dining room and also into the relaxing living room with its fireplace and large screen TV. At the front of the house is the stairway to the second floor. Off of that front, first floor hall is a 'water closet' in which there is a commode !
On the second floor is a master bedroom with queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed and a smaller guest room with 2 twins. The bathroom with shower, sink and commode is on the second floor also. Each bedroom has an AC unit.
