Welcome to Elements Luxury Loft House. Our elegant property is centrally located in the Willow Point district in Campbell River. The loft rests directly across from the ocean with a direct view of the Quadra Island lighthouse.

Inspired by the complete renovation of our dream home and in conjunction with Elements Esthetic Lounge. We built this vacation rental to host wedding parties, professionals, international guests, project workers, and visiting families.The Loft House Suite: A two story house with master bedroom on main floor, an open concept living and kitchen area with a large sleeping loft and deck overlooking the ocean, mountains, and beautiful views of Quadra Island. We have a shared 24 hour gym that can be used at any time. Elements Esthetic Lounge is also located on the property, for any relaxation needs during your stay. Appointments can be booked before your stay via phone or email. Last minute appointments are welcome upon availability. This Loft House was built with heart and soul! We put many custom wood finishes in the suite to make it reflect our beautiful West Coast location and true Campbell River feel. Completed in November 2017, this space is a brand new build with high-end finishes! We designed the suite to comfortably accommodate up to groups of 8 people. In the Loft House you will have everything you need to feel at home away from home. The suite features a laundry room right off the kitchen for you to use while you stay, with an array of natural cleaning products to keep the place fresh and clean. If you enjoy cooking then you will love the kitchen in the suite! The space features calming views of the ocean in the front, which exhibits sights of cruise ships or orca pods passing by, and a relaxing scenery of Simms Creek, a natural and protected spawning run for our local salmon, in the rear. The suite also features comforts for younger children; a highchair and pack & play crib are available upon request. Young children will have to be monitored at all times when on the second floor of the suite, as the suite does not offer baby gates or other safety measures.

Getting around

We have a bus stop steps from the front door going both directions. We are also only a 10 min walk to Budget Car Rentals, if you would like to explore some of our great hotspots by vehicle and you are coming without a vehicle. Other things to note Campbell River is known for many attractions and is known as The Salmon Capital of the World! Our Loft House is only a 40 min drive to the slopes or trails of Mount Washington, a favourite destination for winter sports, bike trails or summer hikes! If you want to walk on some sandy beaches or ocean trails, we are only a short 20 min drive to popular Miracle Beach or Stories Beach. If you prefer freshwater excitement, you are in luck! Interaction with guest

Lisa or one of the Elements team members will welcome you with some goodies, snacks and a set of keys to start your trip off right! We will answer any questions, and show off some of the quirks of the space. The loft has an information book for you with WiFi codes, emergency numbers, manuals and information regarding local events provided to make your stay informed. Being from the service industry for the last 16 years, I love to leave people feeling cared for and respected. If you prefer your personal privacy you will love this suite with it's own private entrance, or if you want local information or any other questions answered, I am only a message or phone call away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
