The Son Mas house is located in the countryside, in a very quiet place, without neighbors, ideal for children and for resting. Our house is located 6 kilometers from the town of Campos, you can reach our farm without delay on the ease of access from the airport and Palma. Campos, an idyllic village in the southeast of the island - with a population of 10,000 inhabitants. It is an area of great cycling, hiking tradition and all kinds of leisure and cultural activities. There are supermarkets, patisseries, bakeries with typical products of Mallorca such as ensaimadas and "panades" and a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful Mallorcan cuisine . All kinds of services: banks, post offices, health center, church, hairdressers, art gallery, etc. Near several of the most beautiful beaches of the island Es Trenc, Sa Coloni, Sa Ràpita, Ses Covetes are only 15 minutes away from the house. Capacity for 10 people. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with capacity for 6 people and 2 full bathrooms. With large terraces, private pool, green areas in a quiet environment. Equipped kitchen: 1 fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, room for washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has access to the garden and the barbecue. We hope that the experience of spending time in one of our houses is very pleasant and we are available 24 hours full time, for any urgency, incident or for what our guests require. All the people who have passed through our houses, have left our island truly happy, and we have also been delighted with the experiences. You will be received personally.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Toni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
