Description

Fancy a beach break ? Our spacious house can host up to 15 people, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 comfortable living-rooms and a fully fenced and sunny garden. It is located in the heart of the city of Cancale, where everything is close on foot, oyster market, shops, restaurants, hiking trails. The sea is only 600 meters away. Here is a great place for your family or quiet group of friends !

Our home is the perfect place for vacation with family. 200 square-meter house (700 sq feet) on 3 floors.

1ST FLOOR

- Independant kitchen, very functional, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, mixer, cake molds, etc. It opens onto the deck.

- Living room with sofas, plasma TV 50'', dvd player, music listening with iPod tower dock.

- A dining area with a big wooden family table. Another table with 5 stools for ideally for children.

- Large lobby for family use, to put away shoes, boots and coats...

On the bedroom side :

- Independant toilets.

- Bathroom with big shower.

- Bedroom #1, ideal for children, with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds (accomodates 4 singles), dresser and wardrobe.

- Bedroom #2, with a double bed (160x200 UK King size US Queen size), garden view, with dresser.

- Bedroom #3, near the living room and view on the terrasse, double bed (140x190 UK Queen size US Full size) with dresser.

2ND FLOOR

- Bedroom #4, large bedroom, with a double bed (160x200 UK King size US Queen size), big closets.

- Bedroom #5, large bedroom, with a double bed (140x190 UK Queen size US Full size), big closet, dresser, desk.

- Bedroom #6, ideal for children, adjoining bedroom with the #5, with 3 single beds, shelves for clothes.

- Mezzanine as a place for children to play (toys and games).

- Independant toilets.

- Bathroom with shower.

Duvets on all beds.

BASEMENT

- A big living room in the basement welcomes you for afternoons and pleasant evenings with family and friends. This room is furnished with sofas, and where the youngest can have some fun without being afraid to make too much noise.

- Pool table, table football, books and games, flat screen TV and DVD player

- Bathroom with shower and toilets.

- Kitchenette, with sink, cupboards for stocking extra food, washing machine and washing lines.

GARDEN AND DECK

As the garden and deck are facing south, you will enjoy the sun of the afternoon on the terrace and the garden - with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden is big enough and makes it a nice area for kids and adults to play around.

The northern terrace also has furniture to enjoy the morning sun.

PARK YOUR CARS AND BIKES

Three private parking spots are available in front of the house.

You can safely store your bikes/motocycles in the garage.

- Departure time is 10am. Arrival time is 4pm.

- This property is for families only. It is not for groups. No loud parties.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Cleaning fees : include only cleaning, not tidying which is yours to do.

- No additional person allowed except for one 0-2 yr old child.

- Linens and towels are not provided.

- If we are not available for your arrival/departure, you will please find the key in the key safe.
