Magnificent waterfront home located in Vilariño, in the parish of Hio, in the municipality of Cangas do Morrazo. It is a parish that houses the most amazing natural areas of Galicia, as the area of ​​"Cabo Home" or its majestic beaches (36 beaches in the municipality of which 10 are Blue Flag) and despite being a small quiet village has all the services having to bars foot, supermarket, pharmacy and some of the best restaurants in the area, so it is very well connected to the center of Cangas where you can continue to discover the area or decide to discover the Cies Islands (link by boat leaving Cangas maritime station) to attest that Rhodes is the best beach in the world. Its perfect location (4km from The Morrazo super highway which links to the AP9 Motorway) makes them be close to all Morrazo, along with the cities of Vigo, Pontevedra and Santiago de Compostela (90km) and the Portuguese border (60km). With regard to the house is a three-story villa on the lower floor two bedrooms both with double bed and a bathroom with all amenities are. On the second floor kitchen and spacious living room with a large window overlooking the river and another bathroom would be found. On the top floor is the master bedroom with double bed with a large window that leads them to a large terrace with majestic views over the estuary and another small toilet. How do damage deposits work?
