This exclusive holiday home is located within 300 metres of the white sandy beaches and calm, clear waters of Eagle Bay, with child and picnic friendly Meelup just minutes away and world renowned surf beaches in each direction.
The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite. There are two other master bedrooms with queen beds on the ground level and the final bedroom sleeps 4 (2 x bunkbeds), also boasts a seperate living area with TV and DVD. Please note the upstairs master suite has a fan and there is airconditioning to the upstairs living area and the bunk room. The spacious two-storey design creates two separate living areas, one up and one down, maximizing the privacy for couples who are sharing, or for adults and kids that want their own space.
This whole upper area is very air comfortably decorated, with an open plan modern kitchen with a servery to the deck, living and dining area. The balcony has a large BBQ area that overlooks Eagle Bay beach, and is perfect for entertaining on those summer afternoons.
Your comfort is assured in this property, with reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and down. There is a large lockup garage to keep your kayaks, boards, etc safe.
All within walking distance to the ultimate Eagle Bay beach experience!

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.
If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows. This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
