Villa with 2 floors with family decoration large garden around the House, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, Toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, a spacious living room with cable TV with international channels, stereo, DVD player, fireplace and a treadmill to keep fit, Hall, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 room "en suite" (1 double bed), bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony.

Pool with sun loungers, barbecue and table tenis. Are towels and bed linen provided.

The whole House has enough light, alarm and wi-fi. There is parking at the door of the House for several cars without any kind of problem. End-of-stay cleaning included.


The Algarve is a wonderful holiday destination with beautiful beaches surrounded by cliffs and almost year-round sunshine! For those who do not know the region, what are the reasons for choosing Carvoeiro and the villa Solarium at the expense of other cities in the Algarve?

The 10-minute walk from the Centre of Carvoeiro and the beach of Carvoeiro, the villa has a privileged and quiet location, surrounded by other villas and resorts, at the same time, it's pretty close to the various traditional trades (grocery with typical products, crafts, ceramics, etc.), shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants, bars, square, tourism agencies, rent-a-car and much more. Still in the Centre of the village lies the famous beach of Carvoeiro, where you can rent pedal boats, kayaks, Jet Ski, banana, floats or from a boat to visit magnificent caves. At the top of the cliff one can visit the Church or take a walk at sunset by pedestrian bridge by Cliff or make the 6.5 km pedestrian path through the cliffs, passing by several beaches and furnas (Vale Centeanes – Praia da Marinha). There is also other activities such as diving centre, jip safari, observing dolphins in the sea, fishing, etc.

Carvoeiro was once a fishing village, but that was in keeping with the growth of tourism, who runs a little to the mass tourism, possessing a more calm and unique tourism, more still can be seen along the village, the famous typical houses Algarve! Visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, the 800 meters, is the beach of Paradise (small and almost exclusively), Praia de Vale Centeanes (3 km), Caneiros Beach (5 km), Oak Beach (5 km), Praia de Benagil (6 km), Navy Beach (7 km), all within 10 minutes from the villa, among many others, some of which are accessible only by sea.

The Villa Solarium is perfectly centered to find Carvoeiro and the whole Algarve.

Golf: Pinta and Gramacho Pestana Golf Resort Course at 3 km and Corn Valley golf 4 km.

Carvoeiro Tennis Club, Fitness Centre and Equestrian Centre-1 km

Water parks: Slide Splash-6 km, & Aqualand-14 km, Zoomarine-17 km (with dolphin shows, you can swim with dolphins, sea lion shows, etc.), Krazy World-24 km.

The 5-minute drive away, lies the beautiful picturesque village of Ferragudo.

If you prefer more fun, 15-minute drive to the West, is a bustling city of Portimão and Praia da Rocha Beach, where you can enjoy the marina, Autodrome, shopping centre, beaches, discos, bars and casino. There is still the city of Lagos, a historical city, the 25 minutes, with its famous beaches and Museum. Also be sure to visit the westernmost point of the Algarve, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres.

The 10 minutes north of Carvoeiro, is the historic city of Silves, a Moorish town, where one can visit the Castle, Cathedral and Museum.

Comfortable villa, with one of the best locations in Carvoeiro in a very quiet area and at the same time, less than 10 minutes ' walk from the Centre of Carvoeiro and the beaches. Suitable for families or groups, has everything to enjoy fantastic holidays in Carvoeiro.
