Swimming pool completely renovated in May 2010 - This lovely fully renovated farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, two double rooms with super king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both double rooms have space for a cot or a fold out bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds with room for a fold out bed and has a separate wc and washbasin. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric cooker and microwave. The comfortable lounge has three and two seater sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite and a log burner. Hi-fi with CD player, Radio, MP3 and iPod dock. French doors lead onto the terrace and covered outside seating area with lovely sea and countryside views. Private mature gardens enclose terrace area and pool. The pool measures approx. 4.5 x 8.5m, steps leading into the shallow end. Depth 0.8 - 2m. Outside pool shower. The solar powered hot water is very efficient. The property also benefits with underfloor heating for chilly winter evenings.

Another successful holiday at Paloverda. Pool wonderful. Peaceful and quiet with sea views. Very well equipped and clean. Lots to do in the area. Will return!!

Feel like not giving this property a fantastic review, as I wouldn’t want it to get too popular that I was unable to book it again! The Villa was immaculate, well maintained and had everything that you could need, from the British TV channels and Wi-fi, to the simple garlic press. Whilst there was only two of us staying at the villa, it could easily accommodate a full family. The villa is situated about a mile from some of the best beaches of the Algarve, but is isolated, so a car would be essential. This isolation was the main benefit to us, just wanting a relaxing holiday, doing essentially nothing! The views from the elevated position were breathtaking and to just simply open the patio doors in the morning and literally drop into the quenching private pool is something that I am already missing The communication between the owners and their local representative was excellent, John being there very much on hand if ever needed to assist in making your stay here as good as possible. Pool cleaning x2 a week, and towels and bedding changed mid holiday too for us, which was not expected. We would not be alone in our glowing comments for this rental, as Katrina has a visitors comment book and unsurprisingly it was full of praise from various groups of guests.

We travelled with our 3 young children aged 5 years, 3 years and the youngest being 7 months old. This house has been refurbished to a very high standard, it has all the equipment you would need, it is like a home away from home. The kitchen in the house is great. The pool is fantastic. You do need a car to stay in this house but supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are within a short drive. We loved the quiet location. We would definitely recommend this house.

The farmhouse is in a peacefull location within easy reach of the local beaches.The Farmhouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay.Our boys who are aged 9 and 7 loved the pool and chose to stay in the room with their very own bathroom!!! It was great that when they needed to chill out,the dvd player and ps2 was at hand,as that gave us a chance to chill and read a book by the pool..If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with good local restuarants and fantastic beaches this is the place to stay...

Paloverde sits in a tranquil part of Caramujiera, not overlooked and set in private surroundings. The farmhouse has been tastfully moderised and furnished throughout. The key features are, modern fuly functional working kitchen, three good size bedrooms, two with en-suite and a seperate tiolet for the thrid 'bunk room'. Fully heated and recently refurbished good size pool, with the pool area also being extended and re-tiled. The whole lay-out of the farmhouse makes our stay exetremely enjoyable from the moment you arrive and 'throw' back the big patio doors onto the pool area and relax around the pool area or under the veranda. There is nothing that we like least about Paloverde which is why we ahve been back on three seperate occasions in the apst three years.

THis was our second visit to Paloverde. It is a very well equiped holiday home and is to a very high standard throughout. The private pool is the cleanest and most well maintained pool we have ever had on a holiday. The owners supply lots of local information and maps as well as a large supply of books, games and a TV with satelitte channels. A hire car is essential. There are lots of lovely fishing villages, beaches and towns fairly locally. Zoomarine and Slide and Splash are within a 20 minute drive from the villa and make good days out

A charming renovated farmhouse. Really quiet and not overlooked. Crystal clear pool in sunshine all day with a sheltered terrace for those who wilt in the the heat. The interior of the villa was furnished to a very high standard, with equipment we have never seen elswhere in the Algarve in over 20 years which all added to the stay. Abendeira beach is less than 5 minutes away and is the best and quietest beach in the area. Ideal for snorkelling. Can't fault this villa at all. Will be going back!

What a great Villa, private and quiet, clean and well equipped, A beautiful well maintained pool. Just a short drive from large supermarket and fabulous beaches. If taking a break from cooking several good Restuarants closeby. Car required.

How do damage deposits work?

If Katrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
