This 2 bedroom penthouse is simply stunning. Set right on the beach in Casares this spacious penthouse has top of the range furnishings, an enormous terrace and additional roof terrace with double 4 poster sunbed. The lower terrace has amazing views up and down the coast and over to Africa and Gibraltar, beautiful terrace furniture including dining and seating area as well as sun loungers, all of which light up at night to give a unique feel to the property where you can enjoy a cocktail and coastal views.

The interior of the property includes a good size lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with double bed, a further bedroom with twin beds both with fitted wardrobes and full bathroom. The property benefits AC and heating throughout.Unlimited WiFi with 195 international channels

Casares is a picture postcard ‘Pueblo Blanco’ (white village) where the white washed houses pile up the mountain side nudging the battlements of an Arab castle. It is hard to believe that this enchanting, typical village is only a few miles from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Weave through the narrow streets that surround the central plaza with it's small bars, restaurants and central fountain and eventually you will reach an old fortress, where the views across to Africa & Gibraltar are simply stunning. Casares has its own little museum with artefacts dating from the Roman times.

Only a few minute's drive away is Puerto de la Duquesa with its marina, miles of beautiful un-crowded beaches, promenades with bars, restaurants and cafes. The beaches at Casares are of a very high standard, kept clean and with all necessary facilities. Some have been awarded blue-flag status for excellence.

Quality golfing is in abundance including the famous Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama (home to the 1997 Ryder Cup) courses. The nearby ports of Duquesa, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Sotogrande provide the perfect back for a leisurely drink or lunch.

Estepona is a traditional fishing village that has expanded to become a mini Marbella with beaches, shops, restaurants bars and clubs. It is located 25km from Marbella town centre and within an hour’s drive of Malaga. It stretches across 21 km of coastline and has a total of 17 beaches including some award winning Blue Flag for excellence. There are a variety of water sports to take advantage of or you can just take a leisurely stroll down the promenade.

This lively area mainly revolves around the marina which lies five minutes from the centre and consists of two halves, the fishing side and the more modern motor boat/water sports side. All kinds of boats can be hired from the marina and there are also fishing trips and dolphin spotting excursions leaving the bay at regular intervals.

Estepona is a gastronomic delight with numerous restaurants in the port selling quality fresh fish caught that morning, as well as other restaurants and tapas bars in the centre. There is also the wonderful wildlife park Selwo close by and the famous Puerto Banus is just a 15 minute drive away, where you can find the designer shops and Hollywood lifestyle.

“Fantastic sea view property - real indulgence for a couple”

+ Amazing views - not sure where you can get a better sea view - anywhere ! Quality furnishings - outside furniture was Origami style by a Spanish designer and so much of it on both levels. Lights up at night. Real quality - not at all tacky. Bed was superb. I thought our own was good but this was something else. Sofa was really good as well. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the sea was so relaxing. Unbelievably, the property is just like the photos show. - One bathroom A couple of issues when we arrived - quickly resolved though. Keys had to be collected - from Marbella or Estepona...and the instructions to collect keys were difficult to follow. Underground car park not easy to find as there is another development with vehicles in making it confusing. You are not given the parking bay numbers yet there are 2 specific bays you have to park in. Would I go back again - definately - with no hesitation !!
