Casa da Vinha Grande - Condomínio Located in Cascais and near Guincho Beach, Casa da Vinha Grande is a condominium with 12 villas in a very quiet place to enjoy your vacation. It features comfortable accommodation in green landscaped gardens with two palm trees and two pools one for children, another for teens and adults. Throughout the house there is internet access (wi-fi). The living and dining room is large (48m2) very functional and comfortable. It has direct access to the terrace (50m2) right in front of the children's pool. Some sun loungers were provided. Rooms at Casa da Vinha Grande feature a fresh, modern décor. One bedroom may include a flat-screen TV and 2 of them have balconies facing the west. Accommodation: Ground floor: large kitchen, dining room and common living room, entrance hall, terrace, social toilet. First floor: two double bedrooms served by a toilet (no bidet) and one double bedroom (suite). Services: Linen and towels are provided per guest. Maid cleaning and a cook service are available at an extra charge upon prior request. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Facilities: Wifi, 1 large oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, swimming pool (unheated). Baby equipment is available for guests, it is advisable to reserve early. Equipment to be provided: a crib up to 3 years, a small table with 2 chairs to sit and draw. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and are individually decorated. Suite: The suite has a balcony overlooking the garden and pools. The room is light, airy and minimalistic decorated in shades of white and light green, with pine wood floors and a bathroom (shower). The suite is very comfortable. The bunk room: extra bed by arrangement It is a spacious room with 2 beds and lots of light. It has direct access to the same balcony from the bedroom suite, also overlooking the garden. Extra bed: € 30 / day The plums room: Named for the decorative curtains, this double room has the privilege of having a window facing the sunrise. This room is suitable for both adults and children. These last two rooms share the same bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub with shower. The living room and terrace: Guests are pampered with a large terrace which offers a favorite place to sunbathe during the day or relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing drink listening to the birds while admiring the sunset At the end of the afternoon. The living room has a large area overlooking the garden with two large palm trees, keeping guests cool in the summer. The room is large enough to gather some friends. The room remains cool in the summer and is heated in the winter by the fireplace. Dining and kitchen: The terrace is the ideal setting for many gatherings and celebrations. The terrace works well for meals at any time of the day, for small or large groups. Attention to the noise that may bother neighbors: 10:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. The dining room table in the house accommodates 8 people in comfort. Bright and airy, living / dining area is common gives onto the terrace. Very well equipped, the kitchen is large and cozy with two separate areas, one for cooking and one for eating. The guests of Casa da Vinha Grande can be provided for an extra fee, the kitchen service by a Portuguese Chef, if combined well in advance. For those arriving late after 10:00 pm at Casa da Vinha Grande, you can enjoy a light meal like soup, fresh bread, cheese and fruit. Garden and swimming pools: ATTENTION: no games of / with ball are allowed in the lawn area surrounding the pools and in front of the houses. It is not allowed to bring drinks in bottles / glass glasses for garden and swimming pools as well as food. Cascais: The location of Casa Vinha Grande is perfect to discover the fishing village of Cascais, for golf enthusiasts where there are several fields nearby and for those who enjoy the waves, the tan and enjoy the wonderful white sandy beaches like Praia do Winch. Suggestions not to be missed: fresh grilled fish meals in the restaurants around the beaches. Very advisable to visit Lisbon which is 25 minutes away and Sintra which is 15 min from Cascais. The historical sites of Sintra are abundant and impressive. These include Sintra National Palace, Monserate Palace, Quinta da Regaleira and Convento dos Capuchos. The nearby town is Estoril, worth a visit (10 minutes by car) and where you can see shows at Casino Estoril. An English speaking guide can be arranged upon request (subject to confirmation) for visits to historic Sintra, Cascais, Lisbon or other places of interest.
