This villa is located at Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, and is only 800 meters from the Ocean and the gorgeous coastline that goes from Cascais to Guincho.

The plot size of this property has 1200 sqm and it is a serene balance between the abundant nature with its high pine trees , the modern architecture lines that you can see in the outdoor pool and the grass garden filled with details of small stones and bamboo.

With its single storey configuration that results in a perfect symbiotic connection between the indoors and outdoors, the villa has 300 sqm, with 5 en-suite bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and an exquisite fully equipped kitchen. Every room has access to the outdoor area. The outdoor area has a modern pool and a beautiful garden area with a barbecue and a meal area with a parasol that can be used for sunny days.

There is also a guesthouse with a pool table that can be turned into a ping-pong table, a soccer table, a TV, two sofa-beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is rented completely furnished and equipped. Every room has air conditioning and central heating. It has a private parking area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
