Description

The apartment "Sétimo Céu" (Seventh Heaven) is about 40 m², with air conditioning and about 3 km from the beach "Praia Verde" and from the sea. From the large terrace you can see the nature reserve "Sapal" and the sea. The apartment is decorated in a maritime style and offers everything for a relaxing holiday with 2 adults and up to 2 children. "Sétimo Céu" has a combined living-dining room with dining area, a sofa that can be made to a double bed, a small stereo with CD player and satellite TV, 1 bedroom and a shower room. The attached to the living room kitchen is comfortably equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, juicer and coffee maker. The bathroom has its own washing machine. The swimming pool is at the disposal of all guests of Sétimo Céu in connection with a terrace with furniture, sunbeds and parasol, which is directly in front of the apartment, ideal to take the meals. For barbecue there is a private, small pavilion. The car can be parked on a parking space on the enclosed property. To avoid misunderstandings: Wi-Fi is available but at a moderate speed. There is a satellite receiver for Astra, but there are only free programs to receive, so hardly French and only an English-language channels. You are welcome to bring your decoder for payment programs. The beds have German dimensions, as well as the blankets. The unspoilt beach "Praia Verde" is directly accessible, there are no boat trips necessary. The nearest shops are in São Bartolomeu (1 km) for bread rolls, restaurant; Altura (about 5 km) with covered market, Intermarché, pharmacy, newspapers and restaurants; Castro Marim (4 km) Mini-Mercados, post office, pharmacy, Centro de Saude; Monte Gordo (6 km) with a strolling area, street vendors, restaurants, bars and casino or Vila Real de St. António (8 km) Lidl, "Towel Mile", etc. Within a radius of 10-15 km there are a total of 10 golf courses in Portugal and Spain To achieve any kind of water sports is possible, as well as cycling, hiking, playing tennis and riding. A weekly linen change (bed linen and towels, no beach towels) and final cleaning (for a minimum stay of 7 days) are included. THIS IS A NO SMOKING DOMICILE! We will gladly send you the pool usage rules. Note: For long-term rental at a reduced daily rate from November to March, the additional costs (electricity, gas, laundry) will be charged extra according to consumption.

House rules

No arrival at the property after 22:30! Please take care when booking your flight. We like to clean the apartment after departure, we also wash the clothes. However, we expect that all trash cans are emptied, the kitchen cleaned and dishes washed and dried in the closet. The use of the pool is only allowed to guests of this apartment and the pool rules are considered accepted. We are happy to send you our pool rules in advance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
