Nestled in a private cove adjacent to Grebe Islets with its English style Gardens, this dream property rolls onto 1.7 acres of B.C.'s most coveted lush green oceanfront landscapes. A heated in-ground pool overlooking the ocean is half ringed by its own private beach. The luxurious property extends far beyond its perimeters, as its panoramic views reach as far as Vancouver Island.

The Mansion

The construction of the Cotton Cove Estate mansion is a refined example of the Grande Tudor Revival style. The Tudor Revival style includes finely designed detail illustrated by traditional herringbone brick nogging by the entry and steeply pitched roofs.

For six decades, the Cotton Cove Estate mansion has maintained and preserved much of its original style. Its Grande Tudor Revival theme lends an elegant air while maintaining the humble atmosphere of everyday living.

The child friendly, 7,724 square feet, 2 storey, 3 finished levels, 15 room, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom residence with balconies and a finished basement.

Situated on the West Vancouver coastline, the Cotton Cove Estate offers the tranquility and serenity of a far away luxury resort only minutes from downtown Vancouver. Similar to neighboring properties, the estate embraces 1.7 acres of fertile land.

The property includes rolling lawns and a heated in-ground pool overlooking the ocean. These exquisite views of the open ocean and rolling waves surround you while enjoying this truly unique property.

This dream location allows you to enjoy privacy while having access to a wonderful community of shops and fine restaurants.

Guests have access of the entire Main house, child friendly outdoor play area, heated waterfront swimming pool, sauna.

There are three buildings on the property site. I occupying the coach house, which is above the 3 car garage and the beach house by the water. I'm on site and can be reached at anytime to address any questions about the property, or any questions about what to do in Vancouver.

House Rules

There is a strict no "loud" partying rule at cotton cove. Dinner parties, bbq's and having fun between guests staying at Cotton Cove is allowed and is more than welcomed. If you would like to invite additional outside day or overnight guests, they must be registered prior to their arrival. As well a $50 daily guest fee per person per day is charged for day guests even if they are on the premises for only a short duration. Additional evening guests are $100 per person per night.

Overtly loud music outdoors is not allowed at any time. There is a strict no music policy outdoors past 10pm.

We ask that you remove your shoes when inside the house.

Pets are Not allowed.

There is no smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed on the premises, but all waste must be thrown in the garbage.

Swimming pool guidelines:

1. Hours of use are seasonal (pool is heated when daily average temperatures are 15 degrees celsius)

o June 1 – October 1 from 9am-9pm.

2. Rules

o No Loud music

o No diving

o Children must be attended to at all times

o Do no step or hang onto the blue cover or any part of it

o Do not urinate in the pool

o Please use the provided plastic cups when in and around the pool

We do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower soap. We do provide hand soap, hand towels, and bath towels.

If you have additional overnight guests or day guests, they must be registered before arrival. Please note we have day/night motion detection security cameras monitoring and recording all entry points to the property.

When it’s time for check out (11am), please ensure that the property is cleaned and left the way it was when you arrived. Due to a short turnover period between guests, our cleaning staff may arrive on site at 10am. You don't have to worry about the sheets or the towels, we will wash them before the next set of guests arrive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silver (the owner) a message.

If Silver (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
