This 2,431-square-foot home for 6 is ideally located close to the boutique stores and restaurants downtown and world-class hiking in Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area. When you're not out exploring the area, spend time with loved ones in the backyard featuring a quaint pool, gas grill, and ample outdoor seating. End each day by the outdoor gas fireplace as you stare up at the star-filled sky!

Follow the gorgeous stone floors into the bright and open living space featuring rustic wood beam accents and Southwest-inspired decor. Unwind after a full day of traveling on the plush furnishings in the living room or celebrate your arrival with a cocktail at the bar.

After you've settled in, head outside to the backyard and switch into vacation mode as you gaze out at Elephant Butte, Black Mountain, and Skull Mesa. The outdoor space has something for everyone with a small private pool, a barbecue area with a gas grill and seating for 4, an outdoor table for 6, and an outdoor gas fireplace.

Walk back inside and whip up a tasty feast in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and beautiful cabinets. Keep the cook company at the 3-person island bar before sitting down for dinner at the formal dining table with seating for 6.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
