Our Villa is a 4 bedroom Exotic Villa overlooking the swimming pool located among the lush greenery of paddy fields and coconut groves. The Villa is fully furnished with all amenities like AC, Washing Machine, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, E-kettle, etc. to enjoy a home away from home holiday, short walk to the beach. The surroundings are very peaceful habitat yet a fun filled holiday where you can spend cozy day with your loved ones. We have all set for your authentic Goan Vacation.

Car and bike rentals are easily available in the close proximity. We will help you with the rentals. The neighborhood has all famous South Goa beaches. Nearest ones are Zalor- 5 mins ride, Mobor- 10 mins ride. You can enjoy varieties of beach activities like parasailing, jet skiing, boat cruise trips for dolphin views including fishing. The surrounding area has local restaurants and bars which serves varieties of national and international cuisines.

We will meet you either during your check in or during your stay in the Villa and will be always available on calls and messages for any assistance.

- 3. VISA and Passport is must for foreign travelers. And ID with address proof is must for all.
- 4. We have done up the villa with Love and care with expensive interiors and furnishing, hence we request our guests to consider the villa as your home and respect the premises,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mavila (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
