Villa Shanti is a two bedroom air-conditioned villa at Luisa By The Sea, a boutique residential complex in South Goa. The villa is 400 meters (seven minute walk) from the beautiful Cavelossim beach and shares its eastern boundary with the banks of the Sal river delta. Restaurants, grocers, basic needs stores/chemists, and ATM machines are all within walking distance. Aside from a convenient location, Villa Shanti provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

As the second home of its owners, the villa is equipped with all amenities and comforts desired by self-catering travelers on a tropical beach vacation.

Villa Shanti was just lovely. The family loved the proximity of the pool and being so close to the river and the sea was just great. The gardens were beautiful and the whole of Louisa by the Sea was very tranquil and well looked after. You felt completely safe there. The manager was always available to answer queries and everyone was very friendly. Cavelossim is a lovely lively village and all in all it was a perfect holiday!

We stayed 6 days with my wife and our 2 daughters (5 and 16 years old). The villa looks bit old and dark inside, but bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are spacious enough and we definitively spent most of our time outside on the terrace (maybe missing a dining table to be more comfortable?). The pool being just in front on the villa, kids can play while you relax on the terrace. Super market is right around the corner and a beautiful beach just 5 min away (with great Restaurant: Cafe Beach Hut). Jay, the owner was really concerned in ensuring we spent good time there. Good value for money Villa in great location.

Stayed at Villa Shanti February/March 2013 for 3 weeks. On arrival was met with key and were told everything we needed to know regarding the villa. Shant is a very comfortable 2 bedroomed villa. Only my wife and myself stayed but it is plenty big enough for 4 people. Plenty uttensils if you want to cook. All mod cons, flat screen television,dvd player, wifi. Villa kept spotlessly clean every day. Very convenient for shops,(of which Watson's supermarket will deliver) restuarants and beach. Liusa has two swimming pools that were also very clean. The owner can be contacted if there are any problems but there is also a site manager Frankie who will also deal with any problems if there are any. I would highly recommend this Villa for anyone who requires a relaxing holiday with good facilities and in a great location.One small problem which is totally out of the owners control is that there are several dogs on the complex that are quite friendly during the day but they have a tendancy to howl and bark sometimes during the night, Not every night but occasionally. We would stay there again without hesitation but unfortunately it is booked for 2014 at the times we require. Overall an excellent holiday.

Stunning position in Cavelossim. Near to shops, restaurants and hotels which all deliver if the heat gets too much to venture out. The large pool on the complex was closed in March for some reason so the small pool got rather crowed at times. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and made the booking process very easy. Would return anytime!
