Ideal for family reunions! Prestigious waterfront estate on 2.5 acres with 350 ft. of beautiful Winnipesaukee water frontage. Amazing lake views with expansive windows. Our home features 10 foot ceilings, cherry floors and a massive great room with cathedral ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with granite counters, Viking appliances, gas stove, multiple sinks, and wine fridge, all with open views to Center Harbor Bay. The kitchen opens up to a large dining room with enough seating to accommodate 14 and additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. The great room with leads to a home theatre with 150" screen. There are numerous comfy seating areas both indoors and outdoors for lounging including a 12 seat outdoor table on the deck and 2 picnic tables under the deck. The home features wireless internet, and music both indoors and on the deck, central a/c, 4 car garage, and full deck with sweeping views of Center Harbor Bay. The main level master suite has a king size bed, sitting area and gorgeous bath with tub, and double shower. On the second level you will find 5 bedrooms all with flat screen TV's, two of the bedrooms are suites with king size beds and attached baths. One bedroom can accommodate 6 with a 2 twin bunks & trundles, the fourth bedroom can accommodate 5 with a queen and twin bunk with trundle and the last bedroom features a queen with trundle. These three bedrooms share one full bath. The lower level of the home will be everyone's favorite, with a play area for children, full bar with booth seating, exercise equipment, pool table and numerous games. Walk out to the grassy yard and enjoy use of the kayaks, paddle boards, sandy-perched beach, and double slip dock that can accommodate boats up to 25'. A perfect location on Winnipesaukee for groups of all sizes. A short walk to the center of town with restaurants, shops and public boat launch. *Please note weekly rentals only during peak summer months

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
