A few minutes drive from the beaches of La Ciotat and Lecques, near the golf of La Frégate in Bandol, cozy studio of 38 m2 with separate sleeping area and private garden to be in total relaxation mode. Small residential development of 8 villas, backed by the pine forest. The studio includes: An open kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, microwave) in which you can concoct delicious local dishes with beautiful vegetables purchased during your travels in the Provencal markets. The kitchen overlooks the living room, a convertible sofa express (new) to relax and / or sleep (2 seats 140x195) 2 armchairs. Canal + TV A sleeping area separated by a partition (bed 140, new bedding), large closet A bathroom and separate toilet. Sleeps: 4 Guests have a private garden to relax, rest, sunbathe. (Garden furniture: table, chairs, deck chairs, a barbecue that will allow you to make beautiful grills, a gazebo to shelter you from the sun). The T1 is in ground-villa, we share in all discretion the portal. The basic cleaning products are provided as well as the household linen (baskets, sheets, quilts and duvet covers, bath towels, tablecloths, tea towels, napkins).
