Canada Select" 4 Star Lodge in the center of the Chilcotins - the heartland of BC. Stay in one of the most remote and beautiful parts of British Columbia for a vacation you'll never forget. The lodge is built from white cedar, a Canadian tradition. Together with the surrounding wilderness the lodge is something special for all age groups. All Cabins have balcony or porch. Your view opens out to the creek, mountains and wilderness.

The Big Creek Lodge is a great place to visit, in every season you can search for pure nature and Canadian wilderness, an incredible view of forests, water and mountains.

The lodge accommodates 12 guests in 6 very comfortable rooms. All rooms have a cozy interior, floor heating, and a private bathroom with a hot shower.

There is a roomy lounge and a dining area warmed by a massive stone fire place

our 2 cabins are nestled among the trees lining the Big Creek, giving you a feeling of remoteness and comfort at the same time. our Eagles nest cabin offers two bedrooms for 4 guests or a family with kids, as well as a private bathroom and a well equipped living-room in every cabin. Our cozy Cabin offers 2 double beds in an open plan with private bathroom.

From the porches of the cabins, where seats surround a table, you overlook the creek and the breathtaking wilderness.

Our home-style country kitchen serves you breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Hearty lunches are packed for fishing expeditions, trail rides, snowmobile tours, and other activities of your choice.

Vacation at the Big Creek Lodge is something special, and not only for people, which are interested in horseback riding.

You have the choice, you can decide if you want to relax or if you want to have a vacation with many exciting activities.

Certainly both types of escape can be mixed as we learned from the experience of many years. Guests start their holiday by laying on the comfortable lawn chair doing nothing. After a week they step into a different area of venture. Short or long horse back rides with one of our sure footed friendly horses, and maybe the chance to help our neighbors with some cattle work...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
