Perfect location to enjoy the city nearby, as Milan and its exhibition, as the famous Salone del Mobile, but also Como, Varese, Switzerland and the lakes, it gives you the chance to stay in a very large & cosy apartment, surrounded by the green countryside!

This spacious and cosy, colorful and charming 2BR apartment is on the ground floor of a lovely terraced house, surrounded on three sides from a relaxing and beautiful private garden. It is the perfect location to enjoy the city nearby (Milan, first of all, with all its exhibition, but also Como, Varese, Villa Arconati), staying a little bit outside from the big mess and enjoying the countryside too. It gives you also the opportunity to stay in a quite large apartment at a very competitive cost.

Our apartment is composed by a big entrance in an open space: to the left, the fully equipped and modern kitchen, to the right the cosy and comfortable living room.

The kitchen with its modern and original decor, has a fan oven, a microwave oven, an American style fridge freezer with double doors, a 5 burners gas cooker and a dining table with 6 places. It is provided with cutlery and plates, glasses and whatever cooking tools you might need. The French window opens outwards onto the private garden.

The living room has a very large and cosy sofa with a comfortable chaise longue, a roomy wardrobe, a bookstore, a music centre, air conditioning and a French window open outwards on the porch patio and the private garden.

Then there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 twin single bed and a colorful design armchair. Both of them have bookstores, wardrobes; the bedroom with a double bed has a TV stand with a flat TV and a window on the backyard; the other has a French window open outwards onto the backyard garden.

Finally, there is the bathroom with a bathtub and a window on the private garden.

Internet wi-fi at 15 euro per 3Gb.

Depending on the season, you can also have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful garden, surrounding the terraced villa along three sides. You can find there a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, a dinner table and a relaxing sofa under a wooden porch, a swing bench and even a kids' game area. Just everything you might need to enjoy your holidays at just one step away from Milan, Como, Varese, Switzerland and the lakes.

Placed in living quarters, very quiet and only 300 meters away from the railway station (connection to Malpensa Express, Milano subway and all the main railways lines).

Very close to the town center.

The old town center, with its ancient and amazing castle, is considered a center of cultural interest.

This beautiful apartment is very interesting for the strategic position, perfect, for instance, to pay a visit to the many expositions at Rhò FIERA or the Salone del Mobile exhibition: 25' by train from Milano Domodossola (Fiera MilanoCity) and Milano Cadorna (city center); very close to Rho - MilanoFiera; 30' by train from Varese; less than 40' by car from Como and Switzerland. 30' by car and 40' by train from Milano Malpensa Airport.

Close to other centre of interest, as Appiano Gentile, soccer retreat center of a very famous Italian soccer team, Inter (10 minutes by car), Villa Arconati, location of a international music festival (20' by car), Parco delle Groane, an ecological oasis (15' by car), the FAI Villa della Porta Pozzolo, the suggestive monastery of Torba and Como Lake and Varese Lake, perfect for the bikers with their very large cycling lane.
