Description

The exclusive community at Sunrise Lakes is an attractive and tranquil setting to relax in during your vacation. Sunrise Lakes boasts a prime location with neighborhood pool, playground and Cabana! All this just 8 miles from Disney's theme parks.

You will feel the difference when you walk into our home away from home. Our villa was built in 2007 andloo ks like a model home, I shopped for all the furniture myself to make it comfortable and welcoming. We have tried to add the little touches that we hope make it special. When you walk into our 1923 sq ft home you will immediately notice how light and airy it feels with the 9ft ceilings. The first living area has a large screen 48inch TV with a DVD & vidio player and a wide selection of movies for everyone in the family. The family room with plenty of seating overlooks the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster and blender for those holiday cocktails!! The pool- the highlight of the holiday is a huge 28 x 14, private and gets the sun from 10.00 am in the morning all through the day. Sit around in our luxury furniture enjoying those sun drenched days and in the evening be protected from the bugs with a screen and enjoy the light show on the pool. The pool has a brand new heater and pool cover for the winter months this can be heated at an addional cost. I have put a TV in every room and in one I added a playstation with games so the little ones have something to keep them occupied and it gives us a little bit of peace!! All the bedrooms have closets with plenty of hangers and clock radios in case you need to get an early start for Disney. I have also left a hairdryer and straighter to make you look great for those nights on the town. We have not of course forgotten the music lovers with a stereo player. You really will feel pampered in the luxurious master suite, bedroom has an antique king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boastsa sumptuous garden tub and separate shower.. The princess suite decorated with my granddaughter in mind, has Princess covers and cute furniture with friendly bugs to make it cozy. You won’t have to worry about renting; we have provided a cot with bedding, a highchair, a lightweight stroller and a more substantial McClaren buggy. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and steam iron.This leads into our brand new family games room including air hockey table and a pool table.
