The Club Albufeira Resort itself is located just outside the town of Albufeira, in the cental Algarve. It is an extremely popular family resort, with a huge range of first class facilities, ensuring that everyone has a wonderful holiday when they stay in any of the Club Albufeira rental apartments. There are pools with pool-bars and shallow family friendly pools,Jacuzzis,children's areas and grass banks for sunbathing.The Club Albufeira Resort has relaxing, green surroundings, with landscaped tropical gardens and spacious green areas. It has two on-site restaurants, four superb pools and an on-site shop for your daily fresh bread,newspapers and general holiday needs.With over 320 days of sunshine every year, holiday rental accommodation in Club Albufeira is always in great demand to escape from winter weather.Long term rentals are popular in the winter months as daytime temperatures remain above 14°C for the vast majority of the time,and summer temperatures can peak at 30 degrees C.Every type of activity you could wish for can be arranged from a Club Albufeira Reception, and the town of Albufeira has all the shopping and restaurants you could wish for.The various excursions available from the 24 hour reception, include trips to the Slide and Splash Water Park, Marine Zoo, boat trips and deep sea fishing excursions. Cheap flights to Faro international airport are cheapest flying from Gatwick (LGW), Manchester (MAN) and Bristol (BRS). Once in Faro and in the sunshine, you have just a 30 minute drive to the Club Albufeira holiday resort.

“Fantastic apartment”

We have just come back from a fantastic week staying at this apartment in Portugal. The apartment is lovely and spacious with everything you need for a great week away. We were surprised and very pleased with the amount of space the apartment had, the main bedroom was large with a lovely large ensuite. The second bedroom was a very good size with another bedroom next to it. The kitchen was a great size with everything you will need to cook meals etc. There is a lovely lounge area with dining space which then leads into a great size balcony which has a great view and has the sun all day long. We were a family of 4 with two young children and it was great to stay in apartment that had enough space for them to play and all chill out. This apartment would be great if travelling with children, older children or four adults! The apartment is on a large but great complex which is well maintained. There are four pools which are all great. The closest pool is just a couple of minutes walk away and is the largest pool of the four, it is the one with the pool bar. It does get busy but was possible to get a sunbed if you were there by half 9. If not there is a green area where you can sun bathe. The kids section of the pool is great! The other pools are equally as nice and there are two very close by along with a kids play park in the shade. There is an onsite shop which is small but amazed at the amount of stock it held. You could do a full week shop in it! It is a tad pricey but not too bad. I did take a trip to Lidl. We didn't have a car so walk took about 20 minutes and got a taxi back. The onsite shop is handy to buy fresh bread/water etc but as I said you could use this alone to get everything you need. Club albuferia is a way from the centre of town. I think it would take 30mins to walk into the old town. We took taxis which are easy to book and were very reasonable. There are also lots of buses that can take you into town. We didn't have a car and didn't feel as if we needed one at all. Would recommend a day trip to Zoomarine which is about 15 minutes away. It was very easy booking our stay and the owner was very helpful/quick at replying. He has a contact based in Portugal that helps manage the apartment which was useful in terms of providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. They also helped arrange a welcome pack for us as we arrived late at night. they also helped arrange a late check out and transfer to and from the airport (80 euros in total) Overall we had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would have no concerns about recommending this as a place to stay! We would definitely like to return to stay again :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
