A little touch of Old Florida charm! Newly Renovated 1940's 2 bedroom one bath cottages with private fenced in backyard and dining area. One of three cottages that we offer for Vacation Rentals, check out our other cottages on Flipkey 8668615 and 5127063! Walk to the beach, breakfast at Simply Delicious or for an afternoon refreshment across the street at the Pig & Whistle outdoor patio! Beautiful coastal furnishings with full kitchen and everything you need for your beach vacation! Cottage includes screened back porch, stacked washer/dryer, and charcoal grill and relaxing hammock. All tile floors and soothing coastal color scheme helps you unwind. Bedroom one is complete with comfortable king bed and TV, second bedroom has two twin beds and 42"DVD/Netflix enabled TV, and we have a new full size pull out sofa bed in Living area. Bathroom includes newly renovated shower. Located in the quaint Cottage Row downtown district, you will be within walking distance to Downtown restaurants, coffee shops, bike and surfboard rentals, and shopping. Outdoor dining is at your doorstep! Our beautiful beach is right around the corner, a few minutes walk or ride. Your Guest suite Includes cable TV, wireless internet, netflix subscription and all the amenities of home! This is a duplex apartment unit with its own private fenced backyard and private entrance, close to everything! Not a condo, this is your own private one floor residence, recently remodeled for vacation rentals, in the desirable downtown area! Full size Renovated granite counter top Kitchen and all new stainless appliances. So unwind and spend some time at our World Famous beach, we are located only 45 minutes from the Orlando area and the Theme parks! Pet friendly, just ask!

Getting around

Our downtown area is very walkable, many of our guests hardly use their cars once they arrive. However we are about a 25 minute drive to the Space center, one hour to the Orlando airport/Disney area and a 10 minute drive to the Ron Jons/Pier tourist area.

Interaction with guest

I live only a couple of blocks away but unfortunately I am not always able to meet our guests. I have a local business and travel quite an bit, however am available any time by text or call! Randy and Annette our caretakers live in cottage #235 if there are any immediate issues!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Debra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
