Located in the heart of Coimbra historical center, World Heritage named by UNESCO, in one of the main pedestrian avenues downtown, this apartment is part of a renovated late 19ths building facing an ancient gateway to the walled city in medieval times, the "Arco da Almedina". This newly renovated full furnished apartment is ideal for a quiet and relaxed vacation or long stay. You will feel like home from the first moment.

Totally equipped, with TV and WIFI access. Sunny living room with sofa bed and complete kitchen with all cookware, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine etc. Queen size bed.

In the heart of the old city you will be close to all main points of interest and able to visit them in walking distance. In the neighborhood you can find cafes, traditional and moderns shops, taverns and fado houses and all kinds of services, allowing you to enjoy the city and feel like a local!

Your hosts speak Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cecilia (the owner) a message.

If Cecilia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
