* Minimum Age: The person paying and renting the Suite MUST BE at least 25 yrs of age and must be the Tenant accepting liability and responsibility.

* OCCUPANCY Limit: Only registered guests are permitted to stay during the Rental Term. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies for any person after first two. Maximum 4 Guests (adults, children/infants, visitors) at any time. ALL guests must be disclosed including Visitors prior to arrival. - No off-site guests or Visitors are allowed without owner's written permission.

* Children are welcome. You acknowledge that Suite is not baby/child proof - the Suite it is located on the upper level of a two-story building with outdoor stairs and you are responsible for children's safety.

* No outdoor shoes in the Suite. Please remove them upon entry.

* Pets are NOT allowed.

* You agree to comply with Town of Collingwood Noise By-Law and respect quiet time and enjoyment of our neighbours.

* BBQ, portable gas/propane cooking devices of any kind are NOT allowed on premises including deck without owner's written permission.

* Bikes, strollers, skis, snowboards are NOT allowed in the suite.

* Fireplace is for decoration only and cannot be used.

* Monthly bookings must be confirmed by owner.

Non-compliance with any provisions will result in additional charges. Any damages to the property or common elements are guests responsibilities. All guest might be asked to leave the property without any refund.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
