Description

Casa Colina is a renovated 160 year old farm house situated between the towns of Riogordo and Benamargosa. It is surrounded by fields of olive and avocado trees and enjoys stunning views of the 14th century Moorish fortress town of Comares. Ideal for exploring Andalucia or relaxing by the pool.

The Olive Suite is a self contained apartment and has air-conditioning/heating through out kingsize bed, bathroom with shower, a living room with television/dvd player and a selection of English DVD's plus a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room the sofabed can be made into a king size bed so that the apartment can sleep 4. It also has a large private terrace overlooking the field where the donkeys live. This Olive suite can be rented on a B&B or self catering basis. As with all our rooms there is access to free WIFI.

At Casa Colina we offer a continental style breakfast along with a daily special, ie pancakes with fruit salad, tostada con tomate an Andalucian favourite or one of our egg dishes for 6€ per person. We also give our guests the option to dine with us 5 evenings a week. We offer a set 3 course evening meal which is inspired by Paul and Niki's time in Spain. We only use free range meat and locally produced vegetables where available, the evening meal comes with Niki's homemade bread that is baked daily and is finished off with a complimentary chupito often one of our homemade creations, currently in progress is lemoncello and plum and cinnamon vodka! This currently costs 22€ per head. For the other two nights we offer a pre-prepared BBQ which guests can enjoy on their own terrace.

From the B&B it is easy to visit all that Andalucia has to offer, with Granada an 80 minute drive and Seville 120 minutes. The nearest beach is 30 minutes away and there are many miles of coastline that you can explore. At Casa Colina we also offer our guests the option to dine with us.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
