Villa Oasis is a 4 bedroom 2 story Villa providing a charming retreat for a party of eight or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The property has its own private large kidney shaped swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun. Rest assured that you will have a smooth sailing stay with our dedicated property manager being just a phone call away.

This villa is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 2 minute walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal. The property is located in a Villa complex, offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is a 15 minute stroll from Villa Oasis. The villa is also a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop which provides direct access to all the needed amenities.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool has variable depths and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that's provided too by the covered terrace which is where you will be welcomed with a five piece comfortable rattan set.

Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather white sofa gathered around the modern coffee table which provide a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

There is a large en suite room furnished with a queen sized bed on the first floor, providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests. The second floor boasts 3 large air-conditioned rooms which can accommodate 6 adults with ease. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and access to the veranda. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving them both.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
