Cozy little apartment with a modern and sophisticated rustic atmosphere. The apartment has been fully renovated and redecorated and equipped with new furniture and kitchen facilities. Smooth white, grey and beige tones create an elegant and relaxed vibe. Natural materials are used throughout the living area in order to generate an inviting atmosphere.

The design of the apartment pays tribute to modern living, but also incorporates a high level of comfort and warmth.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and a counter with two comfortable bar stools to eat and if you need a work space. It is equipped with a flat TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, with a toaster and a sandwich toaster, with a coffee/teamaker, with a kettle, with a fridge which is perfect for short stays.

The bedroom has a full double bed with a spacious closet, very convenient if you travel with a lot of luggage, or if you just wish to do a little shopping while you are here. You will also find a hair dryer, an iron with an ironboard, and a clothdryer.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet.

It is decorated with great care, attention to detail, lighting and cleaning.

It is ideal for couples and small families.

The apartment is on the ground floor in a building being one of the original and protected buildings of the area.

Getting around

The cultural and gastronomic offer of the historical town of Corfu is amazing and in close distance you will find excellent Italian restaurants (Corfu has a strong Italian heritage) coexisting with traditional Greek tavenras. The apartment is about 10 minutes walking from organized beaches and less than a minute to a taxi station and to an organized parking. There are shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, ATMS in every corner. The taxi ride from the airport takes about 15 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send M (the owner) a message.

If M (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
