This spacious home is the perfect spot for your family with a private pool and easy beach access! Just a short walk to the boardwalk leading over the dunes to the famous Corolla beaches, or cool off in the rec room with a game of pool or a movie in the DVD player. This beautifully decorated and designed home offers plenty of room for everyone! Take a bike ride on the roadside paths through Corolla to the historic Whalehead Club, the Currituck Lighthouse, or the Corolla Wildlife Center. Lots of activities nearby including putt putt, kids activities, wild horse tours and movie theater. History meets the present in Corolla where you will find your dream vacation at "Casa de CRAB". 2018 upgrades included a new ground level King Bedroom (formerly a Queen), new mid level King mattress, addition of a Trundle bed and a new hot tub cover with easy lift assist bar!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the volleyball net, fully gated private pool including the hot tub, a picnic table and plenty of deck furniture to lounge on. Inside you'll find the Recroom with pool table, flat-screen TV/DVD, a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator and access to the pool deck. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen HD TV/DVD and private bathroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV/DVD, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen HD TV/DVD, private bathroom and deck access, King Bedroom with flat-screen HD TV/DVD and deck access that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Trundle and flat-screen TV/DVD.

Top Level: Great room with 50" 1080p HD TV/DVD, stereo/CD, gas fireplace, deck access and a half bath. Kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and a dining area seating 8.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs, an iron or ironing board.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
